A Wedding In The Forest

Throughout the day a dove can be seen flying about Malinor and other parts of Anthos bearing a tightly rolled scroll, tied with a ribbon of pale green silk. Each letter is personally addressed, and the dove carefully drops them beside the intended recipient before flying off again in a flutter of wings. The letters would read...

 

 

 

     Karin'ayla llir, I hope this finds you well and in times of peace.

 

     It is with great joy that I announce the marriage of Elorna Avern and Prince Avern'len. We would be honored to have you present for the wedding ceremonies, which will be held in the forests just west of Malinor. If you wish to attend, simply wait by the well at the front gate of Leumaelin, and all that have gathered will be led to the location of the ceremony. Food, drink, and music will be provided afterward to celebrate this new union.

Gregory walks around the countryside, and looks to the sun, realizing he has missed the wedding completely. He scratches the back of his neck, deciding that he can never confront Elorna again after missing this.
