The Ac'talarah Affair: Mindlord's Birthday Bash

"In celebration of the opening of the Arcane Delver's ancient citadel of Ac'talarah and my four hundred and ninty third birthday a festive ocassion is in order. All magic users, be they mage, cleric, or shamen from across the lands of Anthos are invited to indulge in a night of merrymaking, entertainment, discovery, and collaberation.

The night will start off with a tour of the historic and imposing ancient keep. A full five course feast shall be provided as well as entertainment courtesy of our many illusionists. We are looking to hire bards and entertainers. Friendly magical duels will take place under close supervision and discussions of academic matters will take place in our well stocked library. At the end of the event if any magic users wish to join with the Delvers at this point they are welcome to apply, and pending acceptance be given a well appointed room of their own in the fortress.

Security is not a concern as any causing of conflict or threatening violence towards other guests during the event will result in the Mageshields descending upon the trouble maker and chopping them into wee bits. Questionable sort such as necromancers, witches, and warlocks are allowed in as long as they keep the peace. Bouncers will be present at the gate to check for proof of magical skill. Those who fail to showcase magical abilities will be denied entry. Each magic user is allowed a single regular guest. Non magical close friends and allies of myself and the Delvers will be allowed in on a case by case basis. Gifts are greatly appreciated but not required. The Affair shall be in aproximately one elven week from now, with a more exact date soon to be decided upon. Those unable to locate the location may gather at the Golden Drake where they will be led to the festivities. I and the other Delver mages eagerly await the joined revelry that awaits us!

"A lot of important people will be at this party, I assume..." 

 

He walks into the Mageshadow commons and peers outside the windows.

Ol' Treehugger reads the notices, before letting out a large laugh. "Bloody arse left out 'Druids'! Probably still a wee bit sore from th' loss o' Malinor, eh? Still, nay matter, Tree'ugger shall pay th' party a visit none th' less."

Going back to his shack, he grabs a sheet of paper, writing the following before sending it off to the Citadel:

Merry do!

Ol' Treehugger shall be in attendance of your party. No guests shall be brought, only a healthy supply of premium ale (as a gift). Please have your chefs prepare a vegetarian option.
