The engineer can design it but for a weapon of any true quality you need a smith to make it. Cool idea though :) )) ((Edit: Both of which I am I just remembered. ((Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that the hidden blade mechanism is against lore last time I read it, mainly because everyone's gonna try to be an edgy assassin, killing people with a hood across the roofs like Altair.
