A Messenger with the pin of The Royal Librarian hands you a small scroll with a gleaming red string holding it together. Upon opening the scroll, you would read the following message:

You have been invited to join the "Order of Balanced Gentlemen". This group is a small order of men and women who periodically meet to discuss how they can better the world they live in. More than one representative of different towns or nations are allowed to be present at each discussion.

 

We are not planning one becoming a well-known group to the public, so we ask that you tell nobody except those who you feel may wish to join about the order.
