A New Axe

((OOC: The purpose of this post is to put an rp explanation behind the weapon my character will be using in rp fights. My character's original axe was broken in an rp fight I had the other day, which I'm about to describe. Also, keep in mind that this all happened BEFORE the recent cease-fire between the these clans.))

As Malog'Braduk attended to some mundane business, he noticed a giant spider and a skeletal archer near the outer wall of the Braduk fort. He easily dispatched the monsters, but noticed something he didn't like. Uyrgut'Gahktusk was staring at him. He decided to ignore him and go back into the fort. Malog entered the fort, and went on top of a tower from which he saw Uyrgut below, still staring at him.

   "Wub lat wunt?" shouted Malog.

"Lat gruk wub mi wunt!" replied Uyrgut.

The dispute went back and forth, and eventually Uyrgut got more specific and complained about some vandalism. Malog hadn't done it, but he didn't particularly care either.

"Wuz nub mi, but whai lat libin un Braduk landz anehwey?" said Malog.

An argument followed, and continued until Melunz'Murg showed up. At this point, it began looking like things could get violent, so Malog came down from the fort to stand with his ally, Melunz. Yet more arguing went on concerning land, clans, and the topic even shifted briefly to the issue of the humans building in Orc lands. Eventually, insults were hurled, and things got out of hand. Things became violent between Uyrgut and Melunz.

   "Braduk, attack!" ordered Melunz.

Malog grabbed his battle axe and rushed to aid his ally. Malog let out a violent roar as he charged at Uyrgut swinging his axe towards Uyrgut's left hip. as the battle raged on, Melunz' arrows bounced off Uyrgut's metal body parts, and Malog's heavy swings kept missing. Near the end of the fight, an arrow pinged off Uyrgut's metal jaw as the massive red orc swung his great silver axe at Malog. Malog tried to block the swing with his own axe, but the wooden shaft broke and Uyrgut used the opportunity to attempt his escape.  Malog angrily threw the head of his broken axe at the retreating Uyrgut's back. It was uncertain how badly injured Uyrgut may have been, but Malog was satisfied just to have made him bleed.

Malog realized that his new axe better be a bit sturdier. Later he killed a zombie with his standard-issue Braduk gladius, and looted some iron from it's corpse ((OOC: P.S. yes, a zombie really did drop an iron ingot when I killed it, in case anyone's wondering)). He had an idea. He took the iron to a furnace, heated it, and fashioned it into a long rod. He then used it to reinforce the wooden shaft of what was to be his new battle axe. He crafted a large stone axe head, and his new, sturdier axe was made. He looked at the seven-foot-long, double-bladed axe with it's reinforced shaft, and strapped it to his back.

"Lez peep zumash breyk diz luzk."

((OOC: I'm assuming this is an appropriate way to give my character a new weapon. I mainly wanted to post this just in case someone attempts to break my new axe. This way when I tell them it is reinforced with an iron bar running inside the shaft, this post will be proof and they can't accuse me of just making it up during the fight. If there's anything wrong with this post, let me know. Good day.))

Gargant paces back and forth, resting his hand on the handle of his old gladius. He angrily listens to the report from the head goblin lieutenant, Gaurok. "Nubodeh attakz ah Braduk! Nubodeh! Ah wunt zentriez ohn eech kornah ob boff wollz, agh ah wunt boiz ohn da windowz. Rownd da klok patrolz on da owtzkurtz. Agh zend zum zkowtz tu dere fohrt." Gargant finishes his rant by flipping a table, before storming off.
