How did you hear about the the Lord of the Craft?: Lots of roleplayers were talking about it.

Role-playing: Acting as a made up character through various forms, video games being the popular form.

Meta-gaming: Finding out something out-of-character and then using it in character,when your character wouldn't have known that. Such as knowing where the enemy base is out-of-character,and then having your character and the army they're in attack it.

Power-emoting: Being overly powerful or doing unrealistic actions such as punching someone and having them be instantly dead. And/or killing or controlling another character with acting it out with the other person.

Current Age: Cher is 250 years old

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):  Cher grew up with rich and kind parents.She was an only child,and liked having all the attention of her parents. They lived in a large manor,but was rarely in it. She was usually outside in the forest,either playing her flute or shooting her bow.Cher took a major interest in archery,and so her father taught her to shoot a bow.She also learned a bit about swordsmanship but not much. Even though it wasn't a girls sport,her parents supported it,knowing she'll need the skills sooner or later. In the forest, she would also explore and climb trees,often with other children from the village.She was would hang out around boys more often,as most of the girls in the village despised sword fighting,and climbing trees When she was very young,her mother died due to illness, and her father fell into depression. Cher,although sad, still kept on being an optimist. Her father started spending less and less time with his only daughter. She soon started to care for herself,because her dad was spending loads of time in his room,refusing to leave it. Cher would bring up meals to him,and lay it behind the door. Eventually, Cher got a job as a bard in the local inn. She didn't get payed much,but it was something. She lived like this for years,and years,until finally her father passed away as well. Even though she lost her two parents,she still stayed how she was,and would cheer up others. The manor and everything in it now belonged to her. It was lonely there,and she yearned for someone to share it with. That feeling passed,however,when her male childhood friends attempted to share it with her in marriage. She knew,however,that they were using her for her money and manor. She decided to travel instead of staying in her town,so she packed up her stuff,and simply left. She decided to head for Leumalin,the city she had heard about in her hometown.

Ambitions for the Future: Cher hopes to become either a musician,or a warrior. She also hopes to meet many other people.

 

Personality: Cher is a mainly a kind person. She's bold though,and can have an attitude. She is very brave,and loves adventures. She is smart,but has a tendency to act before thinking things through.

 

Skills: Cher is agile,yet somewhat strong.She likes playing her flute, is smart,and has great archery skills.She also is good with a sword,but tends to use her bow more,as she's more skilled with it.

 

Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): Cher has dark blue eyes,fair skin, and long dirty blond hair with a brown headband over it. She wears a leaf-green skirt,along with fur boots. Her shirt is a tan-ish color,with a leaf-green back to it,matching her skirt.

 

 

Any other details you wish to share about your character: Cher loves swimming and music. She also likes meeting new people.

1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of older elves are mocking a small elven child. How do you react?

 

Answer: Cher approaches and stands defence-like in front of the small child. "Listen,you can either leave now,or..Well,the second option won't be so pretty." She says,her hand on the hilt of her shortsword. (This could go anywhere,but I'm just going to say they leave.) After watching the older elves leave, Cher turns to the child and kneels, "Are you alright? Did they hurt you at all?" She asked,a worried look on her face. "No," the child smiled at her "I'm okay.Can you take me back home please?" Cher nods,smiles back and stands up. Taking the childs hand,she leads him back to his village and helps him find his mother. "Oh,thank you!" The mother exclaims, hugging the child "I had no idea where you had went!" Cher smiles, and then leaves the child and his mother.

 

2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across a frail old man with a walking stick. Hecollapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading coins across the pathway. The man lies there,defenseless - what do you do?

 

Answer: Cher approaches the old man,and helps him up. She talks to him as she picks up his coins,handing him them back. Then,she picks up the cane and hands it to him "So,where were you heading?" Cher asks him as she stands up "Oh,I was on my way to the village. It's not too far,though,I can manage" He replies "No,no. I'll take you there. You might fall again,or something." Cher says. She doesn't take 'No' for an answer,and walks him there anyways.

 

3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your character do? (Please include:- item, haggling for prices and the discussion involved).

 

Answer: Cher asks about a bow. The trader brings out 3 bows. The one she chooses has a grip where you would put your hand,and is painted leaf-green -perfect for camoflauge. It is 300 minas.Cher raises an eyebrow and says "300 for just this? I think I'll just leave then.." "Wait! How about 275?" Cher turns back to the trader "265" She replies. "No way! 275!" The trader says back. "250." Cher says,lowering her price "No! Much too little for this!" "250. No higher, no lower.I'm ready to leave by the way." Cher smiles as the trader frowns "Fine." He says,handing over the bow as Cher pays him the 250 minas,and walks away with her new bow.

Welcome to Anthos! Although you could still use a bit more server lore in your biography, I'll let it slide, but I'd like you to look into getting a mentor in Elvish lore, or read up on it a bit more. In order to get a mentor, type /mentor in-game, and a list of commands will pop up.
