It takes 1 hour to a day to get your app reviewed. The application team is not checking apps every second of the day, jus be patient.

As the others have said, it takes normally less than a day, but can take more as well. This fully depends on the application team, and when they are online, and when they decide to check the applications. Soon you will have your application reviewed, await your time.

It always depends on whom is actually in the application team. If there are many staff members from the United States, there will be more applications done in their general timezone, for example.

 

I will retain the usual trend of saying patience is a virtue. The longer you wait, within reason, the better the outcome.

I have applied yesterday, and I'm overly excited to get accepted.

 

But I think the application team should be dedicated to that only, instead of being dragged into other affairs, so they can review applications faster.

The Application Team review applications on a volunteer basis, dragging them away from other 'affairs' would not be fair to them. They are not on the server to simply review applications.

Well, it did take more than 24 hours to me :/ ( still waiting )

 

Though, I didn't know it was on volunteer basis.. So sorry about that.
