The postee has obviously taken into great consideration the location of such posters, for they have been placed where the eyes of many will fall upon them. The documents themselves are rather short and are written upon fine, crisp parchment and intricately embroidered with swirls of shimmering silver ink. One thusly requests that one be contacted by a skilled shipbuilder or a contingent of such for discussion regarding the commissioning of construction designs for a seaworthy vessel. One should seek contact by sending one of one's birds with oddly attuned senses of smell. A small square of white cloth has been bound to each document in turn.
