Notices are posted in Abresi and throughout the rest of Oren, describing the new process for the attainder of magic licenses.

 

For those seeking licenses for the use of magic within the Holy Kingdom of Oren, as determined by the Holy Magistrate of Oren:

 

For all those who wish to use magic within the Holy Kingdom of Oren, the following form must be completed and delivered to the Royal Office of the Holy Magistrate of Oren in the Capital Abresi. The single exclusion for this is for practitioners of Holy Magic, as the Creator's allowance of their use of his magic demonstrates their right to practice affirmed by the divine.

Once a letter containing the above information is delivered to the Holy Magistrate, a response will be returned with one of four responses. Simply, it will be accepted, denied, put on pending, or will be put on hold pending a meeting between the High Magister or Vice-Magister.

The application which was sent is hereby denied. Each individual must send their own application, otherwise it would be impossible to keep track of each magic user. Guilds may be granted magic licenses in and of themselves only under very special circumstances. These circumstances do not involve sending in a letter whilst filling out a short form.
