One Really Big Crustacean Later...

A pathfinder strides in way into Ac'talareh, pacing through the halls to report a find to a regent. He finds an idle Artimec, to whom he explains his sightings.

One day later the Delvers gather by the front gate. Ready to investigate the abnormal shadows.

They formed a semicircle around the shore line, the tempest master Richard Tarus stepped into the middle, sending a powerful arc of electricity into the river, a resounding CRACKLE is heard upon impact.

...That did the trick.

The crustacean was nearly the size of a building and struck with the sluggishness and power of a catapult.

Art barked orders and the Delvers strafed around beast, efficiently shooting out it's eyes, weaving in and out as a single leg was cleaved off. Many of the guildmembers being injured or crippled in the process.

It was a tempest created by Richard Tarus of which finally ended the arthropod. A jolt of electricity running through the thing, and singeing anything in the immediate area.

Yet another monster kill. The Delvers harvested any organ of alchemical or practical value, dragging the carcass back to the front gate of the keep, the meat was salted and preserved for the day.

With a frown, he reads the note, then says to a random Flay around Abresi after handing him the flyer, "Should we pull off an other Crimson banquet?"

"All Flays will be immolated on sight."

-Us, and the rest of Anthos.

-Muse ponders the tacked on addition to the festival, rubbing his chin as he thinks "Who is this rest of Anthos..." He shivers, knowing damn well he would never take on a Flay. More terrifying than the creatures of the north. He wonders if the Flays will make a appearance at the lovely feast, then cries tears of manly fear, hoping they don't as he plans on attending.-
