*Dwarves begin gathering around the keep in Kal'Azgoth, a sturdy dwarf stands in front of the crowd reading from a parchment created by the Grand King and his Lords*

 

 

By decree of Grand King Thorin Grandaxe, the first of his name, ruler of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, and the ruler of the Kingdoms of Salvus and Adunia, it is decreed that all Dwarves regardless of any circumstances are to return to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and the their city of Kal’Azgoth.

 

Since the beginning of Anthos our kind has been scattered across the realm, some abandoning the ways of Urguan, living among human hovels or Elven trees. In light of this blight the Grand King in his wisdom has decided to recall the Dwarves across the realm to our kinds homeland. So that they may live with our kin.

 

But be warned, for those who ignore this call cannot call themselves true sons of Urguan. Henceforth they shall be seen as heretics and abominations, to be hunted down and killed. Their very existence is a grievance to the gods unless they repent their ways and return to the home of the Dwarves.

 

Any nation caught harboring these rogue Dwarves will have hostile action taken upon them, be warned that harboring these Dwarves will not be taken kindly in the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.
