If one would visit the clinic of VaerHaven, he would see what one would normally expect. Many beds all linned up for the sick to easily go to them, and healing materials nearby. A door at one corner leads up to the rooms where those that need continuous treatment stay, small rooms comfortable to the sick. But there is another door on the clinic, this one locked. It appears to go down into the basement, many would think it was the storage, where the healers keep most of their goods. Something a bit different is found under the clinic.

At first glace it appears like a big hall, yet on closer inspection one would notice all the bottles, the plants, the tubes, the utenciles, the papers. It seems a mix of everything, rocks mixed in the middle of it as well as bones of bizare beasts, but one thing would come to sight easily, right in the middle of the room. On top of a table, a pale creature has it's arms and legs being crushed by bolders, and the head rolls on the floor besides it. It was one of the creatures which were attacking the dwarven lands. The Jarl of VaerHaven, Rosso, leans against the wall nearby looking between the creature and a journal in his hands. The journal speaks of the creature and what the alchemists of VaerHaven found out about it.

"The creature is quite peculiar, having at first glance a very distinct pale blue color. Probably from year and years of living underground. They appear to have shapened teeth which they use to eat the flesh of other races with. They appear to have sharp claws as well, on both the hands and feet, I believe they would make an attack with them quite dangerous. They seem about 5 feet 6 inches tall, but they are quite curved foward, I believe they would be taller than 6 feet if they were not curved. They don't appear to have much hair, but their eyes feature something interesting. The iris of their eyes is pale and blue, like the rest of their bodies, but the cornea is red, a stong red, one that does not seem natural. Then comes their ears. Even with the condition of the creature, the ears without doubt of an elf. What could ever made an elf look like this we don't know yet, and they are not beasts of the north. They seem to die like any creature would, but they seem more like beasts, yet they know danger, and try to flee when they find it, yet they are harder to kill, and seem to resist pain a lot better. As to kill them, cutting the head, or a sword to the chest, the normal. Some seem to use weapons made of ice."
