The Crows of the Krelmstad fly across the Five Kingdoms of Humanity, on the strict business of their lordship. In major settlements such as Abresi, Kralta, Salvus, and Gallamore the strelts post fliers on notice boards, carts, stalls, doors, tavern walls, and all other manner of public places. Even those without the capability to read are likely to hear talk of this parchment. The posters read as such.

HERETIC FOR RANSOM BY LORD CARRION OF THE KRELMSTAD!

Captured and charged for the crimes, of heresy, dark magic, and attempt at murder most foul, a prisoner has been taken by his lordship of the Krelmstad. The man speaks with a seaman’s tongue and wears an eyepatch and a motley of strange garb. He claims the name “Theodore Timberface”.

*A simply drawn picture of the man is drawn on the fliers*

His lordship Carrion of the Krelmstad and the Church of Oren has declared this man a heretic and acolyte to all powers of malicious nature. He shall be executed for his crimes against Godanistan, our divine Creator in holy fire to cleanse his body and spirit. However, should an ungodly man see it necessary to save this heretic, then he may have his ransom to the Kraltan Parish as indulgence for his sins and is welcome to purge his foulness, or try, be it or not in vain, to bring him back into the Creator’s light. This indulgence fee is to be set at one thousand minas, a price which is negotiable with his lordship given circumstance. Any offers are to be sent to Lord Carrion’s seat in Kralta, by letter or messenger. (Reply to this forum post)

*The fliers then end with the signature of Diedrik Barrow *
