Zezimus 1523 Share Posted August 9, 2013 Lord Morgrim Grandaxe takes his seat within the great council chamber of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, laying down upon the table a large parchment with various words dotted over it. He looks towards the faces of the other Lords and then towards the Grand King, before he rises to speak, his voice echoing throughout the chamber. "Lords ov t'e Grand Kingdom, t'is been seen in recent toimes t'at wit' t'e expansion ov our bordahs, weh 'ave need fer t'e addition ov furthah laws tuh t'e Articles ov Urguan.
