The purpose of government, a question debated by scholars for centuries. However, one thing remains certain in these debates. It's the role of government to help it's people, in protection or the provision of services.

To help the malinorian people is my goal; however, to help you I must know what problems ail you. From all things from "I lost my dog" to "someone stole my baby", (Criticism is another viable option.)I request that you bring them forth to me. I promise you, no request will not go overlooked. The bridge between government and people must be made. I will do my part however it's up to you to accept.

-Prince Khel Oussana

OOC

This serves he purpose of being a quest source for the quest system I had established for the wardens.

-Vhaer steps into Malinor, carrying a few books in his arms as he listens to Khel for a brief moment, before shouting on his way to his home-

"Take down that ugly tent and stop cutting down elder trees, would be a start!"

"That ugly tent is the gauntlet from Aegis. No elder trees were removed to allow it space. Nor do I believe any elder-trees have been removed by malinorian-elf hands Your logic is fallacious pale-skin"

Khel states rather plainly, ruining the surprise that was suppose to be kept in the tent

Aislinn walks up to Khel, a sincere and eager look on his face.

"Hello, I was wondering if you could show me where I can get a decent salad. I was under the impression that a Saladway was here, but I now think some ugly tent has blocked my access to delicious leafy goodness."
