..and So The Skies Wept Death

There was was an ... unsettling within the Malinorian capital. Three figures were seen enter, clad in black with staves of dark iron in their hands; faces hidden by hoods. Their appearance was eerily familiar - those who survived through the Exodus through five lands would remember these robes, having been worn by dark Harbingers of a mad God and those that still followed this Dark Lord despite the toil the five lands had given them.

They made way up to the tree-tops, their black-clad figures dispersing from sight and the only thing that filtered through the foliage of the massive trees of Leumalin were the continued ramblings of it's denizens,  until...

The crack of lightning sounded.

A bolt of energy, furious and powerful, screamed through the air and crashed into the Leumalin square; igniting surprise, shock and fear - but that was not all that was shot from the tree-tops. Several bolts flew downward, striking the ground with righteous force from an unseen foe as a warning ripped through the air, as loud as the lightning's boom:

"This nation shall know true pain -- then, they will embrace the truth, and believe."

The forces of the bustling Elven city searched the tree-tops and their bridges until their sights landed upon the three that entered; standing side-by-side, glaring down upon their long-eared enemy as the chaos stirred.

The Elven Forces were quick to apprehend the three, but despite their efforts, the trio of mad-men managed to slink past the arrows and brute force flung at them atop the bridges. Explosions sounded, fire spread and smoke plagued the once clear blue skies -- and out of the whole struggle, it was only the one of green trim who was felled.

Several were left wounded before the remaining two had fled, but it was not death that was to send their message. Such raw power expelled upon the peaceful Elves had not been seen in over one-hundred years' time -- whether or not such furious might that the one of gold-trim held had been gifted from unholy sources, those that knew of the dark cult's doings and existence would now know they held a powerful ally at their side.

Ravik the Dark, the one of gold-trim and great power, and his cultist brethren, would be sure to return.

Khel approaches the fallen one in green. Khel turns the blade about 180 degrees and plunges it downwards, striking the center of the corpses chest. Khel's voice drops to a guttural whisper. it would appear annoyed and aggitated.

"Only in malinor"

Khel kicks at body until it reaches the edge, with one hard kick to the corpses's ribs, it descends down to the earth below

"Servants to a god, weakness in truest form"

Khel states with a chuckle under his breath and he leans against the railing to watch it descend

Returning to the city of the Elves only after the strange event has occurred, Merches has but one thought.

Mythras inspects the scene, sighing, as he notices the huge Iblees Fist drawn in blood, he then says. "And so that cult once more shall arrive, feck them, we may have /another/ damn Exodus," he exhales stressfully, before walking to the library.

Cyrus' eyes widen, hands shake, breath quickens, and heart beats rapidly. After a few moments he calms himself down enough to think semi-properly. He mumbles to himself "Agh... the nightmares this brings back..." and steps carefully around the Iblees Fist and departs from Malinor at least until his blood pressure lowers again. "Damn Panic attacks..."

Faervel pales slightly as she takes in the scene, cursing under her breath. Shaking her head she mutters to herself, "I expected this in Abresi.. not here." Then turning to hurry away she rest a hand on the hilt of her sword, deciding now more than ever she'd have to be on her guard.
