Your View: New Mining System

The thrill of finding an ore is what makes vanilla mining so great. I don't really like depending on plugins because we either wait months for them to get released, they're buggy, they don't work too well, or all of the above. I would like to see permits return, though.

Appart from the thrill of finding ore, which is a good argument I guess, the plugin could be made in an hour I think. I talked to Sprodaric and Telanir about if this could be made easily, and they responded as quite easily. Now... they can only implement it if they have permissions for it.

This will help to give easier access to ores that were much harder to get before. Looks very cool!

As of now, all mines are released (besides the Kha mine).

 

Feedback is appreciated as I fiddle with things.

In my opinion, this is much better than the old mining system, great job!

 

Suggestions:

As probably already stated, i'd like to see the mines regen after a while.

 

Other than that, it's a great addition in my opinion.
