A hooded Mali'ker approaches the notice board. Unlike most, he takes time and goes through everything there - old and new. As he reaches the recruitment poster, an amused grin spreads across his face. Anyone nearby would see the odd response, for the hood was not to cloak his identity. He whistles, and a hawk, feathers hued red, descends, alighting on his shoulder. To those who would recognize it; they would note it belonged to one Serva Rose. Taking a quill in hand, he writes a brief message before sending to Captain Kaldo Z'ress.

How old are you?: 214, though the recent years have left me slightly unsure.

What military positions have you been in before? In honesty, nothing.

For what reason(s) do you wish to join the Lumidrim? I am a soldier. Need there be a more simpler truth?

What could you offer the Lumidrim? (Skills, specializations, crafts, etc.): I've developed some basic woodworking, but most of my skill lives in the lance, perhaps a good counter to all the pesky swordsman running around.

Kaldo rests in his hollow, his right leg folded over his left in a lazy style. He sips from a glass of red wine, huffing as another flier is brought to him, this time by hawk. With an arched brow, he unfolds it, reading carefully.

 

After a moments silence, he crumples up the flier, tossing it into the hearth fire as the flames devour the parchment. He writes a response hastily, offering it to the familiar bird.

 

"Accepted."

 

Turning to one the servants within his home, he blinks slowly.

What military positions have you been in before? I have been in all military positions from recruit to High Commander. I have restarted my military career several times due to different forms of royalty ruling over me, and have experienced several methods of leadership.

 

For what reason(s) do you wish to join the Lumidrim? I was invited to rejoin Malinor's military by the current Commander, after my banishment several years before.

 

What could you offer the Lumidrim? (Skills, specializations, crafts, etc.): I have mastered several arts of combat, including armed and hand-to-hand. I've used and mostly mastered the majority of Elven and Human weapons, including but not limited to:

Through teachings of a close dwarven friend, I've created several brews of different cultures around Anthos, and through teachings of a long lost human ally, I have mastered basic alchemy, and few advanced potions.
