As you read, the fliers describe their purpose; this being the recruitment of new Lumidrim, Malinor's reformed guard/military force. A quill is left nearby, and the questions glisten in a silver ink. ((MC name: ((*Skype name: What is your name? What race do you belong to?: How old are you?: What military positions have you been in before? For what reason(s) do you wish to join the Lumidrim? What could you offer the Lumidrim? (Skills, specializations, crafts, etc.): The flier then directs you to meet with Captains Kaldo Z'ress, Aeyrius Z'ress, or Emanaf Delsaran. Folding it neatly in half, he places it inside a thick envelop--presumably to mask the smell--and puts it inside his coat. He must talk with the other captains about this.
