Selling/trading An Odd Staff

Hello,

 

I would like to sell an odd dark energy staff that I bought off a nice Dwarven gent. The staff, he said, was imbued with some dark energy, and as I have seen, it certainly is. As far as I've found, the staff was pried from the hands of some dark officer in the North. I would like to sell it now, so I can purchase a horse. I'm willing to trade it or sell it, just put up an offer.

Kanoro Torch pins up a tattered note on one of the posters, hoping to get the staff before someone else manages to buy it.

 

"200 minas is my bid! -Kanoro Torch" It says.

 

After pinning the note up he starts to wander around the city, checking to see if anyone else makes other bids that can beat his own.

A shadowy figure can be seen attaching a note to one of the posters outside of Abresi, if you were to take interest in its writing you would see it says:

Dear Mr. Ryder,

I would be happy to make an offer on that staff. What amount are you looking for? Any bloke could offer but 30 minas for the cursed thing. I am willing to invest my hard earned minas in this artifact if one is willing to invest their time in a starting bid.

 

The note is marked with a large scribble that you could make out to read "V. Lanncaster". The bottom of the paper seems to be stamped with the image of a book crossed with a crossbow and sword.

"Leave a bid, and see what happens. But let me tell you, I bought this artifact for a good sum, and plan to sell it for the same."

* A well dressed dark elf male walks up to a notice board, He reads it carefully and finds this very pinned note. The elf can be seen smiling then pulling out some fine parchment, writing down a note and stamping it slowly to the board. *

Kind sir, Let us stop playing games.. I will pay 700 Minas for such an artifact  If you seek resources or more money that can be acquired as well. I will take care of such an artifact and put it to good use, Something many others make false claims that there able to. Please get back to me at your earliest convince.

"Mr.Helseth, if you could provide the 700 minas, I would be gracious. Though, I wish to leave the auction going for a few more days, seeing that the price I bought it for was much higher than 700 minas."

"I myself am not sure of the enchantment, but now that when held, releases some form of dark energy. The most that I know about it is that is was pried from the hands of a officer of the North, but I know nothing of it's past beyond that."
