A New High Engineer

Long have we done without the position of high engineer filled, even in times such as these. For too long I say, we have need of every able and working dwarf for construction of the walls that protect us, and the machines of war that protect them. With the tasks ahead of us we must be united and strong in every aspect, but we cannot be so if one so important is left empty. We are here today to fix what was in err, to strengthen our kingdom and our resolve. The one who shall take the place has proven himself skilled in the area in question and inventive in his pursuit of the field.
