Already bothered by the constant matters about/against/supporting her nephew, Amber set off in the morning, deciding to take a stroll only to see posters against her family (Beltran and me, Marcus is no longer considered to be in our family). Shaking her head her backtracked and went home.

She thought to herself,

This is not a civil war.

It is the conflict of moral code.

My goal was not to remove Marcus.

My goal is to make him an honest man.

I have failed, and I do blame myself for not doing my duty as aunt to properly educate him.

If I cannot change him, I need somebody else to change him.

My nephew decided I was somehow backstabbing him.

I feel sympathetic that my nephew would think so bad of his own kin.

I feel sympathetic to all citizens that think bad of my family.

Their thoughts had been unfortunately twisted.

I feel the duty it is my duty to give my family a good name, a justified name, a true name.

Amber sighed, rubbing her eyes, she changed into very plain grey dress and took out a large piece of poster. She wrote:

"Ladies, Gentlemen, Honorable citizens of all races,

Before the trial of Marcus de Stolistes shall begin,

I would like to take this chance to allow /you/ to see it with clear eyes.

Eyes with no tinted glasses, a true and clear view of Marcus.

I would also like to see our family with clear eyes.

This is your reserved rights.

To know the absolute truth.

Here I shall accept any appropriate questions,

Regarding the current affairs of our family.

Please leave your name so that I can return your question.

Feel free to ask and question,

Because it is my duty to inform you,

It is also my duty to protect my family,

But to protect my family,

I live up to my family,

Which is to be a woman of justice and of god."

She contacted two King's guard as they helped her move a small table and chair, which was placed outside Town Hall, at the Abresi Square. She placed her poster on the edge of the table, visible to all people who passed by. She sat solemnly at the table, some paper for her to answer, also another set of paper for the people to write and give her, her questions.

She waits.

*a wild peasant yells out his question from the crowd "Are you single!"

Amber shakes her head when the poster already said appropriate questions…

((I think you can find the answer in my signature..))

Vectis chuckles, just coming to full acknowledgement that House de Stolistes had been removed from their hereditary land, replaced with those whom he personally deemed unfit to rule, and still remained with the Carrion Crown. He ponders why Amber would do such a thing, before coming to the conclusion she simply wanted to stay in the metaphorical game of politics. Knowing that her Lord Father, Alexander, had once written to him long ago in hopes of marrying her to him, he took joy in the fact he had not betrothed a woman whom he thought so lowly of. The drama and claims made now against the de Stolistes only further cemented this idea.

Plagued by the negative thoughts, he twists the reins of his warhorse around, trotting out of Abresi atop Thunder.

Marcus de Stolistes slams his arm on the table as he hears the news "Is she really that of a pretentious puppeteer?". He sighs to himself, motioning for his messenger to come closer. "I want you to release a statement, did you brought my tools?". The messenger nods, giving him a large piece of parchment

Dear Amber de Stolistes,

Compassion I have for a lady like you, not being able to show

her true self for so long. It must be hard, doing everything through your minions.

I am disgusted, by the fact that after all you have done, that you yet

have the respect or your "moral code" to lie in front of the humble people

asking if the rumours about me are true.

I expect to be exiled, with pleasure. A new power will rise

against your traitorious family, be as humble and generous as long

as you want. This, is not over.

May a new power rise, as the corrupted falls.

*The parchment contains a new seal, presenting a new icon of some sorts.

*Wonders why Marcus has a stamp, when he is merely a citizen and not of high-born. He grunts and says...*

"Who **** does man think he is?"

Marcus de Stolistes can read minds because well.. he is amazing.

A disturbance in the force can be felt, as something whispers to you

"I am Marcus de Stolistes, former noble and representative of house de Stolistes"

A ghostly voice can be heard , laughing. A pity Marcus is going to be exiled or brought to death anyways, would he miss his haunting days..

High Ecclesiarch Radomir shakes his head, wondering who Marcus was fooling. He was, to put it simply, a known criminal, racketeer and famed imbecile who was now, having been discovered, attempting to shift the blame of his affronts to the law onto a completely uninvolved aunt. He could not recall any instances of Lady Amber acting particularly immoral or overly ambitious, however he could certainly remember several situations in which Marcus had.

It certainly seemed to the priest that Marcus had at the least weaved a web of lies so elaborate that he himself had begun to believe them. Scowling at his contemptible audacity, the High Ecclesiarch has two battle-clerics posted outside Marcus' cell, forbidding entry to all.

Sonn Ander asks "why let Marcus do what he did?"

Amber replies. "I cannot read the mind of my nephew, but I do not blame him for his crimes, his childhood lacked many parental figures."

Amber cannot and will not force anybody to think any kind of version of her, but she would be disappointed in herself, if she finds out. ((I hope that doesn't apply OOCly))
