In recent weeks, our most glorious Kingdom of Ruska has encountered countless acts of violence, from both invaders and our very own citizens, in these times of civil unrest and chaos, by the powers vested in me as Lord Marshal it is in our best interests to instate the criminal lockdown. The following acts are put into place. - Banishing of magic within the city of Abresi, unless you carry a license to practice magic. - Banishment of those causing civil unrest. - Arrest of those preventing a guard from carrying out his duties. - Random stop and searches. - The confiscating of armour worn by people within the city walls. (Shall be returned upon leaving) - Confiscating of weapons brandished by people within the city walls. (Returned upon leaving) - Removal of guardsmen who speak ill against King Otto II. - Removal of personnel who speak ill against King Otto II. - Removal of guardsmen who abuse powers given to them. - Arrest, trial and hanging of any slaver who attempts to sell slaves within Abresi. Humans and orc's may sell heretic slaves such as elves and dwarves - The arrest and trial of people in possession of illegal narcotics. - Lock down of the city gates. - If a citizen is called upon to perform a duty for the Lord Marshal, or Privy council they must comply. - Hanging and execution of people who worship false gods or Iblee’s, without trial. AS OF THE 26TH OF THE DEEP COLD, 1444. THE CRIMINAL LOCKDOWN IS IN EFFECT. THE DUCHY OF RENATUS IS UNDER /ZERO/ TOLERANCE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW OLD, AND NEW LAWS IS PUNISHABLE BY DEATH UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. If order is not restored, as Lord Marshal the city of Abresi will be purged until order is restored. *A note is sent to the people of Kralta* Most glorious streltesy, I call upon you all to take up arms and head for the city of Abresi. *For strelt who cannot read, a picture is drawn of a man with a sword, defending the city of abresi. The Lord Marshal stamp is left underneathe.* *A second note is then sent to the noble houses of Ruska, and former Renatus.* “As Lord Marshal, I request each noble house sends three bannermen to the capital city of Abresi. Greetings and Blessings of the Creator be upon thee. We have noticed that you included that slavers shall be hung and the selling of slave be not allowed. We would like to inquire why? It has always been allowed before hand is there a law disallowing it now? Not only slavery is a type of punishment that is placed upon criminals that are of human kind for a year or two.
