The retired monarch sat idly at his desk as he read the missive of the passing monarch. A soft sigh of discomfort came out of it as he rest down the missive for a while. "It is ashame that my reign was short, you were a pleasant man to speak to. Yet it is unfortunate that you have to die so soon compared to my lifespan, may you rest well Karl."The Ibarellan quietly utters out those word as he wrote down a personal missive to be sent to the late King as a farewell wishes.

Stefan smiles at the guidebook as he proceed to tried out some of the recipe.

The former monarch smiles at the missive as he gestured his guard to bring him his sabre and his armor. "This is wonderful, just right in time when I am fully healed" The Ibarellan gestured his daughter to bring him his dagger.

Illarion smiles at the confectionary missive as he sips his cup of cocktail. "Perhaps  I should contact Remys about these recipes. Illyria might enjoy these treats." His comment was cut short as heard a loud noise near the cookie jar.

Celius stared at this missive with a gentle smile from his courtyard. "You've truly proven yourself, may the stars guide us all to a more prosperous future."

The former Primarch would read the missive with a tainted smile as it quickly faded away. He’d give out a short yet depressive sighing as he quietly folded the missive. “He’s lucky that Cerusil blood runs through his veins, yet there must be a standard to be held within this Talonnii. If it wasn't for my Mal'onn his fate would've been worse off”  Celsius would then head towards the counter to steal the cookie jar from Senna and his siblings. 

The retired Monarch smiles at the missive before he gestured Indris to help him get back into his wheelchair.  "Mal'onn, should make some tea with your exotic flora as celebratory drink." The older Ibarellan would commented back at @JuliusAakerlund

The Colborn smiles as she read the missive to herself. A strong sense of pride can be felt within her heart for how far they've made it.

As both the Arch-Chancellor of the Celian realm spoke with Ellisar of House Aevaris. The two Mali’aheral have come to the following agreement:

 

I. The Aevaris Talonnii will be in charge of the governing and maintaining of Tahuland on behalf of the Arch-principality of Celia’nor and the Archchancellor Illarion Ibarellan.

II. The Aevaris Talonnii shall establish an industry and grow a stable community within Tahuland.

III. The Aevaris Talonnii may apply for assistance from the Celia’nor Council should the Talonnii see it necessary.

IV. This charter shall last for eleven years and may only be renewed after the Archchancellor and the Celia’nor Council see fit after the time has come to.

V. Upon renewal or success of this charter, Ellisar & Aestenia Aevaris and their heirs shall be granted Tahuland in full. 

VI. This agreement may only be altered prior to the charter completion if both parties are in agreement to do so.

THE WESTERN CONCORD

Published 11th of Snows  Maiden Year of the SA 90

“The sun sets over the west, and in it rises the full moon and a lifetime of stars.”

As two sovereigns overlook the setting sun that dipped below the horizon that overlooked the western sea, an agreement had been made. It was in that moment in which two sovereigns had become one, the Kingdom of Elysium had turned into the Republic of Elysium and now raises their banners under that of the Principality of Celia’nor. As they enter into this new era of friendship and comradery to the mutual benefit of their peoples, they have made the following terms for this agreement.

I. The Kingdom of Elysium shall henceforth be known as the Republic of Elysium and as a self-governing state under the Principality of Celia’nor. The previous title for the ruler of Elysium shall now be known as the Lady Paramount of Elysium.
 

II. The Republic of Elysium retains the right to govern their territory as they see fit, so long as none of the articles within this document are impeded upon.
 

III. The former treaties with foreign entities that were held by Elysium are rendered null and void. The Republic of Elysium is not allowed to enact their own diplomatic policies within their allotted territory, it is the responsibility of the Principality of Celia’nor to handle all international affairs. 
 

IV. The vassals that are under the Kingdom of Elysium shall remain under the Republic of Elysium and the Republic shall be responsible for their oversight.
 

V. With this change in government, they shall go under the nobility system of the Principality of Celia’nor. The Republic of Elysium will adopt the practices and proceedings of Celian Court.
 

VI. Regarding the military of the Republic of Elysium; they are expected to merge into the Celia’diraar. A transfer of ranks shall occur and they will be given an adequate transfer after undergoing a training regarding Celia’nor law.
 

VII. The Republic of Elysium shall forward 40% of it’s weekly taxes to the Principality of Celia’nor.
 

VIII. A cart shall be established between the two nations for ease of transportation.
 

IX. Knights of Spriggan and the Order of  Sil’malin will work together during times of conflict or national emergency.

To the Laurir of our realm,

    The Celian State and Crown has produced this letter to summon all of the noble hierarchy, from Lauririi to Evarir, within the palace on Malin’s Welcome. This eventful summit will act as the first congregation of the Celian nobles to discuss their rights, influence, successor and plans that they envision for the Principality of Celia’nor.

    With that being said, the Principality has found itself to be cementing its security and stability within the realm of Almaris. Hence why the security and strength of the Celian Laurir must remain strong and any petition for land of their own will be welcomed within this meeting.

The Second Malin’or Election

~ Preamble ~

The Princes of Malin’or gathered in Celia’nor, the matter of succession at hand. The Orator read out the last wishes of High Prince Vytrek Tundrak, then from the agreement of Malin’or. 

“As written in the declaration of our unity, if the High Prince is to abdicate or become incapable of leading, then each reigning Prince or Princess of the constituent principalities is granted one vote with which to elect a new leader. Let us begin then, with the first round of voting in which any Mali may be voted for.”

~ The Election ~

In the first round of voting one name was put forth that was not of the Princes, Vyllaenen Daemyr. The votes of each Prince were collected, and tallied as the following.
