    who gets the better lotc experience: people who join knowing people already, or people who join completely alone?

      I joined alone. On one hand, it allowed me to make new friends. On the other, it left my very vulnerable to banditry and villainy rp right from the start. Back in atlas, this was common and low quality.

      I joined alone and had more and more fun the more people I got to know since everything was pretty brand new
