  5. You're right, I misspoke. I mean that light can't be manipulated, for example, by Transfiguration to achieve something. That's why light becomes a unique art form. But no, learning one thing doesn't limit you from learning another. I always envisioned it as divine, since that was the closest thing to the lore that made sense to me. But giving it a unique property, or perhaps some element that would make it a unique art form, seemed impossible without first establishing this principle I always envisioned it as magic, but I found it difficult to implement without breaking the lore or filling in gaps that might conflict with what's already established. If this foundation is approved, I would create three types of magic based on the three types of light that exist within the plugin: sun, moon, and stars (and there's a fourth, but I don't think it's a mix or what the hell is)
  6. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Starweaving weave the very stars ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Overview Starweaving is a celestial art through which practitioners, known as Starweavers, commune with the heavens to manipulate the light of stars, moons, and suns. It is not merely illumination, but the raw essence of fate itself — light unbound, distilled within jars. Each beam captured becomes a thread in the vast tapestry of destiny, which the Starweaver may weave, twist, or mend through focused will and mana. Instead of resorting to the Void, Starweaving channels the light and mana inherent in a phenomenon known as: emergent property. By weaving threads of light, the starweaver is able to alter destiny, body, and soul, depending on the nature of the light used. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Origin Since the Descendants first lifted their gaze toward the heavens, they were spellbound by its stars — twinkling jewels upon the dark velvet of night. At times they guided sailors across endless seas; at others, they inspired melancholic poets to weave verses of longing and wonder. Yet, it was through study and understanding that the Descendants ever advanced. Amid lives without meaning or direction, some sought destiny — a destiny which, in the end, awaited them all. At first, they searched for patterns, hidden meanings — they sought to classify the sky to comprehend it. Through crystals that magnified the image, the telescope was born. With these, they charted the constellations: sacred maps of heroes, figures, and divine relics traced in the firmament. Soon, the so-called Gods stirred them to look further still. Many of these beings had battered upon mortal doors, through wrath or presence, and so mortals began to seek omens among the stars. Within those constellations, something stirred the hearts of the Descendants — a force that seemed to shape their dispositions, binding them into archetypes. Thus were born the Seven Major Constellations, each reflecting one of seven archetypes — for in some mysterious manner, one’s day of birth seemed ever entwined with the ruling constellation above. One constellation for each month of the year. Yet even then, the Descendants were not satisfied. They knew that each star, the Moon, and the Sun were not mere ornaments, but worlds — realms, beings beyond comprehension. They longed to draw them nearer, to touch their light. Through Jars of rare materials and intricate mirrors, they succeeded in trapping the light itself. Within those vessels, the radiance writhed like ethereal vapor — its hue, its warmth, its chill, each more mesmerizing than the last. If a Jar were shattered, the light was lost forever, bursting in a silent explosion of brilliance. But a few scholars were not content with such marvels. They borrowed the mana that flowed within, weaving it with the imprisoned light. Every spent jar, every thread of starlight spun through delicate filaments, gave birth to the sacred craft known as Starweaving — the art of communion with the stars and the bending of their light. Those who mastered it defied the order of nature itself, altering the very destinies of the Descendants. The art of trapping light in jars became popular as a mere curiosity. But true starweavers were capable of manipulating it. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Constellation & Archetype Korrath, the Duke of Starlit Dust Those born beneath Korrath’s light are natural leaders and protectors, yet prone to arrogance and a hunger for dominion — over others, or themselves. Tireless in mind and spirit, though often compulsive in their acts. Sileonis, the Scholar upon the Moon Imaginative and spiritual, they wander the endless corridors of thought. Melancholy lingers in their aura, even when sorrow has no cause. Their imagination transcends the boundaries of the real. Raxor, the Comet Hunter Perceptive and sharp-eyed, they see what others overlook. Rational, pragmatic — their choices seem cold, though rarely unjust. Ever hungry for knowledge, they are scholars whose thirst can never be sated. Ikuras, the Wandering Traveller of the Sun Seekers of purpose, wanderers of endless horizons. Their life is an eternal pilgrimage; freedom, their gift and their curse. They carry detachment like a second skin — estranged from family, homeland, and faith alike. Talix, the Sky Rider Easygoing and mirthful, they pursue tangible, simple dreams. Their spirit is stubborn and clumsy, yet loyal in both thought and will. They do not cling to the values others deem sacred, moving lightly through the world. Rolfizh, the Meteoric Paladin A furious flame burns within them. Born for greatness or ruin, they are radical in thought and unyielding in intent. Passion drives them to creation — or destruction — beyond mortal restraint. Vortexon, the Wall of Light They embody discipline, duty, and honour — a radiant energy that inspires all around them. Yet beneath that light lies the shadow of denial and doubt; such souls are easily swayed, wounded, or betrayed. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Power of Light and the Celestial Bodies The art of capturing starlight soon became commonplace. Any who possessed a jar could isolate a single hair of light. Yet only true Starweavers could shape that light through mana, bending its nature and, in doing so, altering fate itself. Each type of light carried its own essence. The light of the stars could influence destiny. The light of the sun awakened the fire of the soul’s inner weapon, bound since birth to its constellation. The core of the creation itself. The light of the moon touched the soul, shaping emotion and spirit alike. The world of the soulstream. The Sun’s Light, brightest of all, could sustain ethereal creations of radiant heat. The Moon’s Light, cold and pale, could mold the very essence of the soul. And the Starlight, myriad and multicoloured, bore emergent properties — together, they could weave destiny itself. In the case of comets, they are fragments of distant worlds. They never fall to Earth, but they often come and go, traversing the sky. When they appear, their light can be captured and used for certain spells. In this case, the principle of emergence is temporary, since it is a temporary visitor that appears and disappears for a short time. The most well-known, without a doubt, is the Crimson Comet. On the other hand, meteorites are fragments of celestial bodies, but their power and magical properties lie in their use as physical tools. They do not possess their own light; therefore, a meteor shower will not give rise to any spell or temporary starweaving abilities. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Basic Tools A Starweaver needs certain tools to properly develop their skills. Although these tools are available to everyone, only a Starweaver can unlock their full potential. Spyglass: A lens that magnifies distant objects, commonly used in navigation. It allows for clearer observation of stars and distant objects. Jars: A lidded jar made of various materials, used to channel starlight. There are three types: Emerald Cork: Captures warm light, like sunlight. Obsidian Cork: Captures cool light, like moonlight. Carbon Cork: Captures starlight in general. Lens: The lens is a secondary object that helps capture light in the jars. They are fragile objects and can break with use. There are three types: Ferric: Slightly helps capture light Ametric: Moderately helps capture light Auric: Greatly helps capture light Starfruit: A fruit resembling a berry, but the size of an apple. Light purple in color. Upon eating it, the starweaver enters a trance, during which they are able to see the entire celestial vault without interruption, for a short period of time. When the trance ends, one returns to their senses without any side effects. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Principles True Starweaving does not draw from a single divine being, for each world stands sovereign — governed by its own laws, ruled by its own master. Yet together they give rise to emergent powers that interlace across the void. These powers follow a series of laws and principles that govern the discipline. Unwavering in appearance, they shape how this art unfolds: Principle of emergent property: Starweaving acts in combination with constellations, different types of light. Just as the movement of offspring is the consequence of the mutual work of millions of cells, yet they remain independent, the power to manipulate light is the product of various interactions between stars, evoking constellations. The principle of this emergent property is the fundamental basis of why starweaving does not depend on a single being, deity, or the void. Principle of Independence: Each world remains untouched by another. Each star shines with a different intensity. Each deity remains independent and sovereign over its world. This means that each element that makes up the cosmos is detached from the principle of emergent property Principle of Destiny: Destiny is understood as a line where, despite circumstances, it is already written. Starweaving is capable of breaking it, through light. A natural stasis that has not yet been disturbed by starlight. In other words, destiny is any tale that hasn't been interfered with by starweaving. While different interpretations exist, this is one perspective within this art form. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Gaze of the Great — Consequences of Light Manipulation “When I saw it — or rather, when it saw me — I was lost in the void. Terror crawled beneath my skin, its gaze burrowing into my soul. Ants beneath flesh, a burning itch that would not fade… Beyond the stars… The great eye… The great eye…” The Gaze of the Great is the dire consequence of misusing light. When one steals a fragment from an augedemon’s domain, the being may turn its gaze upon the thief — searching the void as one would the grass for insects. Those caught in that gaze are seized by dread and trembling, haunted by the sense of being watched. Nervous tics, spasms, and incoherence follow. The Starweaver has a limited number of jugs it can use. Using more than allowed causes this effect. These states can be classified into four states of severity and duration: State Effects Extra Jars Used Dissipation Time Mild Nervous spasms and tics may appear. Additionally, an itchy skin sensation may be felt. +0 Jar 1 hour Moderate The spasms intensify, while an inexplicable fear appears, creeping down his back like a cold breeze. +1 Jars 3 hours Severe Your vision blurs, physical exhaustion barely allows you to move, and concentrating becomes extremely difficult. +2 Jars 5 hours Chronic The starweaving is permanently incapacitated. Falling into a trance-like state, where only a large eye is visible at all times. +3 Jars 8 hours ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Progression and Learning Starweaving begins either as an apprentice or as a self-taught practitioner. Assisted progress comes with understanding and the revelation of secrets hidden in plain sight within the stars. Regardless of level, any starweaver must maintain concentration while performing their spells. This means that they cannot move or be interrupted if they wish to successfully cast the spell. The Starweaver's connection strengthens the more they observe the sky. Understanding the different constellations and attuning themselves to the cosmos allows an initiate to progress from manipulating one jar to five jars before becoming completely exhausted. To begin, regardless of the level, one needs to clear their mind, gaze at the sky with a clear mind, and from there… try to visualize the tapestry woven by the stars. Self-Taught Path Tier Duration Amount Jars 1 3 weeks 1 Jar of light 2 5 weeks 2 Jars of light 3 6 weeks 3 Jars of light 4 8 weeks 4 Jars of light 5 10 weeks 5 Jars of light Guided Path Tier Duration Amount Jars 1 2 weeks 1 Jar of light 2 3 weeks 2 Jars of light 3 5 weeks 3 Jars of light 4 7 weeks 4 Jars of light 5 9 weeks 5 Jars of light ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ General Readlines: Starweaving is a deity magic, incompatible with other types of magic A starweaver cannot move while casting a spell A starweaver only acquires a passive ability to observe the constellations, but remains limited by physical barriers When a jar breaks, the effect produced is interpretive, but it has no real effect A player cannot kill, injure, blind, freeze, or otherwise harm simply by throwing a jar Starfruit cannot be used to escape or teleport. The physical body of the person who eats it remains exactly in the same place. Each jar can be used every 1 hour OOC. Therefore, a T5 that uses all its jars will have to wait 5 hours before it can use all 5 jars again. Learning a Starweaving-derived magic requires 1 slot The entire system of magic must always adhere to the principles above ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
  7. The young 'aheral read the announcement with tired eyes. Then, he raises his head and exclaims - "This poor llir really thinks it really exists a 'office'. Never in my life have I had an office. Okarir'mali is more a showman, a clown, a tavern keeper. - " he chuckles and taps his staff to the floor; he found the situation so amusing. - "My my... Let's see what will come next."
  8. When the Light Shatters: The Okarir’mali’s Resignation Written by Kirkigar Tarto Darwood Issued, 11th of The Sun's Smile, 256 S.A ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ Good Evening Haelun'or, It will come as no surprise to those who know me that I have never been bound by the standards of purity that a true mali’thill who follows the doctrine ought to uphold. The simplicity of my actions, the clarity of my words, and a relaxed, charismatic manner were, I believe, the reasons why I was appointed Okarir’mali. When Sohaer Acalmaehr granted me the title after the war of Crown and Crozier, I thought my deeds might make maehr’sae hiylun’ehya a more accessible and accepted doctrine—not through harshness in its teaching, but through gentleness in speech. And that, once we were a free nation, we might raise with pride the banner of a brighter future. But the dreams are well-known as fragile things Sadly, reality proved otherwise—and I was well warned. I suppose no message truly reaches the heart until misfortune knocks at one’s door. The work and the original purpose of my mission now stand contradicted by the very one who entrusted me with this responsibility. What pillar could be more noble and fundamental than that of family? For Haelun’or, the doctrine remains its utmost priority. Even without a clear horizon, even if the original message has been distorted through Haelun’or’s long centuries of history, the rule still stands. It was then that I realised that I alone cannot erase the centuries of enmity and tarnished image among our elven kin. Do not believe, then, that—despite the offence against my family—I harbour no hatred toward the Silver State. My work across Elvendom has been, and shall ever be, guided by compassion and fraternity. Yet it would be foolish of me not to prioritise the pillar I deem most essential to any society: the family. Yet I will not deny the weight my spirit now bears. I was naive to believe that the ideal of unity could stand upon words and goodwill alone. Those I held close—the ones I trusted, the ones I would have followed to the world’s very end—were the same who raised the wall that now divides us. I do not hate them, yet the wound they leave is not one that time can mend. It is a scar that reminds me that even the purest light may fracture beneath the shadow of mistrust. And in that fracture, the dream of reconciling our kin slips through my fingers like sand upon the wind. I'll be clear tonight then. Thus, I, Kirkigar Tarto Darkwood, hereby resign from my position as Okarir’mali, and from any title or responsibility within the Silver State of Haelun’or, irrevocably. In addition, I nominate Aurelith Silevon as a more than worthy successor; for her potential exceeds anyone I know. I also warn any who may think as I do: to take violent reprisals is only to feed the flame of hatred—which, like the malflame, leaves a mark most difficult to erase. I shall treasure the experiences and lessons shared with, to name a few, Acalmaerh Calith, Valindra Lyavire-Nullivari, Seth Calith, Silvos Sythaerin, Theveus Sythaerin, Ankan Visaj, Valazaer Calith, Soris, Antelian Acaln’sae, Isadora and Thalis Thornfield. May the stars guide your path, for there is where the threads of fate are woven. I hope the Third Diarchy may yet fulfil the dream of a free nation—and that the weight of the crown never makes them bow their heads. 10. Clarification: I don't intend to encourage any behavior or message these works represent. They're simply series/movies/memes/songs that I like and wanted to share with you. Films or Series: Memes: Songs:
  11. Upon the ivory walls of the south, the lonely mali'thill sighs at the north, thinking and talking to himself. The wind from the salty sea and the quiet of the volcano enveloped him like a veil of peace. - "So many souls crossed through my way; begin a llir or begin a stranger; but I'm wondering if their light remains intact. Savage Valahs, how many of yours must die so you can start to preserve the miracle of life? Look into a mirror, and you may not be surprised if what you see turns down the gaze." - Then, he turns around and exclaims, maybe his voice will be heard by a citizen of Haelun'or - "Don't forget, lliran of mine, you must never forget what Maehr'sae Hiylun'ehya means. And when you contemplate the wild of the Valah, you all will understand what Larihei taught us" -
  12. The 'aheral looked at his staff unconcerned. His shoulder still ached from killing Esta, though... Why wasn't Johanna answering his letter? "You're a busy Valah, aren't you?" he said to himself. The 'aheral's innocence kept him optimistic, amid the ruin of Aevos
  13. Sitting at the table, the young 'aheral was celebrating and enjoying the drink and the red Visaj wine. The hustle and bustle kept him cheerful, calm, you could almost say he was completely at peace. The voices fell silent, but he remained seated. When everything ended, and only the sound of his breathing accompanied him, he realized how alone he had become. "Haelun, can you imagine a day where we all live in peace? Even where the draconids live together?" "I have lived it, my son. It was beautiful..." Now, realizing that years had passed since that conversation in Celia'nor, he went to that place in silence, without drawing attention, and sat at the table. "Liar..." - murmured the young 'thill - "You didn't wait for me to make that dream come true... Please... Come back Haelun..." Kirkigar was left in tears, waiting for some vision where his friends and family would all be together again in that tavern. For them to say he lived in the times of Lunaris Darkwood, the ancient vampyr. For them to say he lived in the times when she loved him.
  14. The 'aheral' sat reading and reflecting for hours. When he finished, he looked at the wall of the room and exclaimed "If there's wine, I'm in!"
  15. The 'thill looked at the letter, glass in hand. "And how does this affect my bardomancy?" he said ironically, laughing. The idea swirled in the thick carmine wine. Kirkigar liked it "This is going to be so fun!"

  18. ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ Points and Goals for the Reconstruction of Haelun'or This document compiles the proposals of Kirkigar Tarto Darkwood for the people of Haelun’or. In this electoral race—regardless of the winner—I hope to contribute my grain of sand. ༺═─────────────────────────────────═༻ ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ I. ON STATE ORGANIZATION The Silver State has historically adhered to a rigid hierarchy: Maheral (The Most Blessed), Sohaer, and Silver Council. The Maheral’s role is paramount in maintaining doctrinal cohesion and spiritual guidance, with authority to remove Silver Council members or the Sohaer. The Sohaer serves as the executive actor in political affairs—equally crucial—ensuring elections never overshadow one another. The conductor of the orchestra. The one who is willing to get his hands dirty so that others can shine. The Silver Council represents specialized governance, requiring qualified individuals. Though aligned with the Sohaer and Mali’thill, the system remains vulnerable to nepotism. Council members will have free independence in their primary duties, and will only be needed in matters affecting the entire Silver State (see point IV). Otherwise, the contribution each Okarir can offer to the Silver State is undoubtedly more valuable than a Sohaer being the one to contribute to the effort, reaching saturation. As long as they adhere to the guidelines and doctrine, they are free to do as they please. As Sohaer, I propose this Silver Council structure: Okarir’tir (Master of Law) Okarir’maehr (Master of Knowledge) Okarir’mali (Master of People) Okarir’akaln (Master of Economy) Tayna’mali (Ombudsman) Tilru (Second-in-Command) Additionally, I introduce the Maehrisulir—not a council member, but an extension of the Maheral: Maehrisulir (Missionary) All council members will be free to elect their second-in-command (Tilru) and will also act as steward. They will have almost complete freedom to exercise their authority, except in external affairs with other nations. Okarir’tir The Okarir’tir must exercise extreme caution, surpassing even the Sohaer. Their enforcement of law must balance strength and restraint. Beyond upholding justice, they must educate citizens on legal matters and oversee trials. They must prioritize collective action over individualism, reviving traditions like identification numbers. Okarir’maehr The Okarir’maehr administers the Eternal Library and all knowledge. As a scholar, they must promote arts, sciences, literature, and magic—eloquently sharing wisdom through independent spaces (classrooms, labs) without oversight. Okarir’mali The face of Haelun’or. This role demands charisma: organizing small/medium events, inviting outsiders to experience our culture, and empowering citizens to host independent gatherings. Okarir’akah The most undervalued role. Beyond tax collection and accounting, they must manage resource gathering, granaries, mines, and territories—overseeing public treasury logistics. Tayna’mali A new position elected by all citizens (regardless of class). They attend diplomatic meetings/events, document grievances, and advocate freely—protected from reprisal if courteous and eloquent. Someone elected by the people and a member of the council. This person will be the direct channel for complaints, suggestions, and observations from the people to the council. Maehrisulir As a direct Maheral apprentice, they spread Larihei’s doctrine globally—prioritizing citizens. Preaching routes and public spaces will be established for this role. ༺═─────────────────────────────────═༻ ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ II. ON SILVER LAWS Many of us are governed by written laws. Many have been reformulated, and they are rarely emphasized. The Okarir'tir must not only be the main enforcer, but also the promoter, teacher, and defender of them. Here are some reforms that, like Sohaer, I would like to implement: I.4: Add that the purity of a 'thill is not only measured by blood, mind, or heart, as these are personal attitudes that do not contribute to the collective well-being. Add one more instruction regarding ethical and civic contributions. II.3: Relationships are not only romantic. Friendship transcends any physical trait. It must clearly focus on maintaining the purity of our people, but not closing the doors to anyone who wishes to visit our state and adopt our culture. V & VI: With the introduction of the figure of the Tayna'mali, I consider it necessary to reformulate so that their participation in judicial processes and punishments is taken into account. ༺═─────────────────────────────────═༻ ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ III. ON FOREIGN RELATIONS Foreign policy, like many other branches, is a complex and delicate subject. Not everyone is a master of the symphony played out in meetings with allies, enemies, or neutral realms. Therefore, consider that a key section of this topic is of vital importance to Haelun'or's long-term future: Haelun'or will be a neutral nation in any conflict, with the Sillumir remaining a self-defense force, unless a formal declaration of war is voted on (See Section IV). Allies who request our aid must offer it preferably in the form of resources rather than troop mobilization. Any treaty or pact proposed by any member of the council or by any foreign delegation must necessarily be approved or rejected by the Maheral, Sohaer, and the Silver Council (in that order) to ensure that the guidelines of doctrine and the wishes of the people are being met. Strengthen relations more closely with our old allies in Krugistan, Burgundy, Númendil. Also provide them with preferential treatment in free trade, along with an official position where we can trade between our realms. Determine and clarify our territories, our limitations, and options for independence with Númendil. We must not treat them as invaders or enemies, for they have saved us from imminent destruction. ༺═─────────────────────────────────═༻ ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ IV. ON DECLARATION OF WAR For I consider this an important point, as we are coming out of a war that naturally changed the world, I have taken the liberty of proposing this reform in a dedicated section. This promises to be a protocol to follow when declaring war against a nation or group that threatens the security of the Silver State of Haelun'or. When the option to declare war arises, the following should be done: First, a public meeting is held, where citizens can express their wishes and choose whether or not to participate in the war. Second, at the same meeting, the Silver Council must present to the citizens the options each member sees regarding geopolitical relations, treaties, and pacts. If a refusal is presented at this point, the declaration of war is annulled, and a document reaffirming the Silver State's neutrality is drafted. Third, the members of the Silver Council must vote for or against the declaration of war. If more than half the votes are positive, the vote is valid, and the Formal Declaration of War is immediately drafted. Otherwise, the document claiming neutrality is drafted. ༺═─────────────────────────────────═༻ ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ V. FOR IMMEDIATE PROGRESS Having laid the groundwork for my vision, consolidating the Silver State through significant and sweeping reform, it's now a priority to bring life back to our streets and fill our coffers for difficult and unexpected times. To this end, the so-called "Loyalty Points Table" will be implemented. This public table will define the taxes each citizen within the territory must pay each elven year. However, when organizing events, attending gatherings, collecting resources, or making any other contribution to the Silver State, loyalty points will be added, which will result in a discount on the total taxes. To further this measure, I will delegate the keys to the council members, acting as stewards. In turn, the Okarir'mali will manage any public space, including the tavern, as he sees fit and draft any event notices without the approval of the Maheral or Sohaer. Together with the Okarir'akaln, prices, loyalty points, and discounts will be agreed upon based on the activities held. You can see a rough outline of this table below: Haelun'orTaxes.xlsx Once the elven year is over, all loyalty points are reset, allowing you to face a new cycle from zero. Even so, getting things started is likely to be difficult and requires a great deal of commitment to the country, so I'm listing the activities below that I'll be driving forward with my own hands: Astronomy Classes: This new branch of science is still in its exploratory phase. You'll learn about the mysteries of the sky at the new observatory, plot constellations on our maps, and learn the basics for conducting your research.Astronomy could even be part of Haelun'or's identity and become the metropolis in this art. Cultural Exhibition: Every 12 moons, a formal and open invitation will be extended to the world to attend an exhibition of our culture. Participants will dazzle the public with sculptures, art, costumes, music, clothing, architecture, traditional food, and drinks to the beat of our beautiful melodies. Masquerades: Given the relative success of this type of event, several masquerades with different themes were organized. In addition to the traditional dance, musical chairs and a beauty pageant will also be held. Dynamic Training Ground: The Sillumir will train in a more educational training ground. A circuit that integrates activities such as climbing, archery, distance, and sword fighting. A training ground renovation is ideal for keeping our troops well-trained and providing an entertaining visual spectacle. Home Decorating Contest: This aspect is sometimes overlooked, but home aesthetics reflect the mind, they reflect purity. A contest where participants decorate their homes' interiors, showcase their most distinctive features, and inspire others with the aesthetics of the city. The prize will be monetary, and the winner will be determined by a jury selected at the time. Comply with international treaties: Point by point, they will be fulfilled with Númendil, with Urguan, and with any future treaties. It will always be the will of the people, and the Ombudsman will attend the meeting and will have free rein to inform the people of what was agreed upon at that meeting, beyond what is stated in the signed documents. City decoration and beautification: Our capital deserves and must be refurbished. Restore our streets, make them attractive to the eye. The tavern, the library, the streets, the commercial stalls—everything so that our silver city is as bright as its ideal. For my part, if I am your Sohaer, I will always be open to listening to options, recommendations, and proposals. I will try to help and guide you in administrative matters so that you can operate as best suits the blessed citizens. Return power to the people, for it belongs to you and no one else. ༺═─────────────────────────────────═༻ ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ VI. THE VISIONS OF THE FUTURE A short-term vision, especially in the almost immortal life of the Mali'thills, is undoubtedly a poor vision. Ensuring the perpetuity and continuity of certain policies is vital to nation-building, so another Sohaer reads these words, which attest to the vision he would have if elected to office. First and foremost, I plan a "historical reparation of the memories of the Mali people." This is a series of events, treaties, and cultural exchanges with the kingdoms of Caurost, Neveaheleh, and Äelwen. In their long history, we have had successes as a people, but also setbacks and fatal errors. I believe it is harder to forgive a life, to acknowledge mistakes, than to simply brandish a sword. Attacks on these specific states are a way to leave our past behind and forge a new and bright future. Secondly, I propose a review and compilation of the doctrine that governs our lives: Maehr'sae Hiylun'ehya. With the help of every Malaurir, scholar, student of the doctrine, and enthusiastic citizen, I would like to compile each aspect of the doctrine into a single book, to make it easier for all who wish to embrace Larihei's beautiful words to adopt, spread, and study it. Third, and finally, I sought to lay the foundations for the Talonnii to have a greater presence and influence in the general culture of Haelun'or. Much is said about individuals, great Maherals of the past, but it is sometimes forgotten that the foundations of societies reside in the families that comprise them. Therefore, I seek to have each Talonnii recompose, collect, and reunite its members. Strengthen their customs and encourage all citizens to participate in them. To give them an identity in the collective vision, to give them a niche in the contributions they can offer to the Silver State of Haelun'or. To develop civic spirit hand in hand with doctrine and the Talonnii in perfect communion and the nuclei of guilds and institutions can be driven by the blessed families of Haelun'or. Support me as your Sohaer. As a true statesman—steadfast in spirit and unwavering in duty. Here I stand, and here I remain. Haelun’or needs change at its roots, without losing its essence: clarity, culture, and progress. I am Kirkigar, and I am ready. Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya Kirkigar Tarto Darkwood, Candidate for Sohaer, The Bridge of Thought Between Realms ༺═─────────────────────────────────═༻
  19. [!]Kirkigar read the missive in silence. A faint smile, a mix of respect and resolve, played on his face. Without hesitation, he took up his quill and began to write. ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ To Acalmaehr Calith and the blessed citizens of Haelun'or, I read your words, Acalmaehr, and they stirred something deep within me. Yours was not a political message, nor a campaign speech. It was a remembrance—a mirror held up to the soul of our people. You wrote not to win, but to grieve. And in doing so, you reminded us all what we stand to lose if we do not act. I will not pretend I can match your poetry, nor your legacy. You are my teacher after all—not only in illusion, but in patience, clarity, and pride. You taught me how to find my voice. And now, I use that voice to offer a path forward. Where you have written of pain, I write of structure. Where you invoke our past, I dare to chart a future. Where your thoughts cling to air, mine take root in stone, parchment, and law. Because while the city we love bleeds and is dying, it also breathes between pain. And that breath must become motion. Motion must become structure. And structure must become meaning. So let us not argue. Let us not fracture. Let us offer the people not a conflict—but a choice. Soon, at the debate, I will present my full vision: A proposal for reform. A republic of clarity. A Haelun'or where every blessed citizen finds not only a home, but a purpose. You wrote: Haelun'or endures. I say: Haelun'or must also evolve. I remain your student—always, llir of mine. And I remain your servant, Haelun'or. Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya Kirkigar Tarto Darkwood, Candidate for Sohaer, The Bridge of Thought Between Realms ༺═─────────────────────────────────═༻
  20. A VOICE FROM SILVER ASH ༺═━━━━━━━━━━{⋅.◡ .⋅}━━━━━━━━━━═༻ A Clamour by Kirkigar Tarto Darkwood Issued from the Silver State of Haelun’or, in the Year 231 of the Second Age Blessed Citizens of Haelun’or, Beneath our ivory walls, where once the footsteps of philosophers and visionaries stirred the very marble, now dwells an absence. It is not the serene stillness of wisdom fulfilled—but a silence wrought of retreat, of fear, of a people who have looked inward too long. I am no scion of a founding line. My name is not etched in ancestral vaults nor sung in the verses of our storied past. Yet I stand before you as ‘thill, not despite my distance from the old blood, but because of it. For it is not heritage, but clarity of purpose, which our State now demands. The bastion of Haelun’or—once luminous with reason, tempered by purpose—has faltered not from invasion, but from the corrosion of its core. We have mistaken the shell of tradition for its spirit. We have honored purity in word, but not in mind. We have raised our banners high, and left our tomes unopened. We have praised the Doctrine, yet feared its challenge. We bowed to Númendil—not in diplomacy born of strength, but in acquiescence disguised as statecraft behind the back's people. We marched with the Valah, not in defense of virtue, but with hearts dulled by inertia. In doing so, we bled for banners not our own, and left pieces of our dignity strewn across the blood. This must end. We must return—not to the past, but to the principles which shaped it. Let us restore the spirit of maehr’sae hiylun’ehya not as relic, but as living law. Let the ink of debate flow once more in our halls, because it's not dry yet. Let culture rise—through theatre, through philosophy, through discourse unshackled. Let us listen again, speak again, write again, reason again. And let no mali’thill be denied a voice for want of name or favor. Let no oem’ii grow in silence and with doubs. I stand not to echo what was, but to craft what ought to be. Vote not for legacy, but for vision. Vote Kirkigar Tarto Darkwood—for Clarity, for Doctrine, for Silver Unbound. Signed, Kirkigar Tarto Darkwood, Candidate for Sohaer, The Bridge of Thought Between Realms ༺═─────────────────────────────────═༻ “To Refine, Not Replace” I. Cultural Flourishing — The Age of Silver Thought Reopen and endow the ancient studios, artist, laboratories and theaters of Haelun’or Host seasonal exhibitions of mali’thill literature, sculpture, philosophy, and music Commission new treatises rooted in maehr’sae hiylun’ehya, crafted by local scholars Elevate elmalaurir to positions of civic visibility—returning culture to the civic sphere II. Restoration of Traditions — A Doctrinal Reawakening Reintroduce customs (rituals, scholarly circles) Mandate the ceremonial reading of the Doctrine before council sessions by the hand of Maheral Encourage families to record their oral histories to be housed in the Eternal Library and spread the word of Larihei III. Diplomacy and Openness — From Isolation to Illumination Maintain respectful fulfillment of the Númendil Treaty, while preserving ideological independence Initiate or continue open diplomatic tables with adjacent realms: Krugistan, Cauróst, Empire of Man and Neveaheleh Send delegations of cultural envoys, not just emissaries, to promote Haelun’or's intellectual image abroad IV. Reconciliation — Let Us Heal the Mirror Extend formal apologies and restitution for breaches of tradition or injustice toward rivals in past regimes Open neutral forums for dialogue between Haelun’or and former internal factions Encourage the reintegration of exiled or estranged mali’thill who show dedication to the Doctrine V. Annual Assembly — Elheial’thilln’onn Establish a binding annual or bi-annual civic summit in the heart of the capital All citizens, from elmalaurir to young oem’ii, will be invited to submit and debate policy proposals Assembly will be archived in the eternal library for review and posterity VI. Institutional Reform — The Ombudsman of the Silver People Create the official position of Ombudsman (Tayna’mali) A neutral civic arbiter appointed by public vote Empowered to receive and investigate citizen concerns, report abuses of office, and issue formal public advisories Holds non-voting seat in council, serving as bridge between governance and citizenry VII. Sillumir Reform — The dichotomy of the sword and the word Back to the old ways. Numbering instead of rank or name The Sillumir will only have code numbers and only Okarir'tir will know the exact name of each one. The Sillumir will be employed as self-defense forces, against both internal and external threats. Reform of the Declaration of War Legislative reform will be implemented. The council must vote by an absolute majority, including the ombudsman, for a declaration of war. The Silver State will define itself as neutral in any conflict, unless voted otherwise. The Maheral can declare it void and call for the dissolution of the Silver Council otherwis “Let no one say we are finished. We are not yet what we could be. And that is not shame—but call. Let us honor Númendil, yet speak our own voice. Let us remember our rivals, not with scorn, but with resolve. Let us be whole, not by being singular—but by being wise. We are not the children of war. We are the heirs of reason. And reason calls us now—not to fight, not to hide, but to build. A vote for me is not a coronation. It is a promise—of action, of listening, and of thought reborn.” Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya
  21. The 'aheral looked at the missive with a half-smile "There's not much left. The ones above, the ones below, and the 'thill. They'll all be different, everything will be different!" He chuckled "This is going to be fun."
  22. The 'aheral looked at the note smiling "My my Annyerir, how hasty. Although, necessary" he said convinced of his words "Call the Malaurir, a new Maheral, a new Sohaer, a new cycle begins"
  23. The 'aheral, who was running from one side to the other with his notes, stopped for a moment to read, he let out a sigh "Heroism is to absorb all the power... If Maheral is not up to it?" he said to himself before continuing his race.
