You see - as of late, it's rare to stumble onto a fellow mage - kinda sad if you ask me. Obviously in the guild there'll be plenty of us - Which is...good? What arts, if any, do you currently practice? I'm a master in three voidal arts - Sensory Illusion, Fire and Air Evocation. I can teach some Illusion stuff aswell - heh. So this is essentially nerfed sensory illusion for anyone who doesn't want to meddle with the void. I like the fact that you have to be a bard to utilize it, though my only problem is that we'll run out of regular bards. A nice read overall - I can imagine a few people getting very creative with this. +1

He was always fascinated by tales of mages and magic beasts he'd hear from his mother when he was a child, in one of his travels he got involved into a situation involving a mage that made him even more intrigued and sealed the deal for him to seek out and learn about magic. Gwyl would scan the man with his gaze from bottom to the top before meeting his eyes, he would make a pause there, he'd show him a half-grin and nod to his welcoming . Then the well-dressed man continued "What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?", Gwyl would simply tilt his head and narrow his eyes slightly before responding, "You're always welcoming outsiders like that?", his voice was clean and calm yet harsh sounding as he would not hesitate when he spoke those words, his face forming into a more hostile yet questioning one by every syllable, before continuing, "Those are personal affairs, and I just got off that -damned- boat. If you -really- want me to appreciate the fact you came up to me for a 'talk', as an -outsider-, just point me to the nearest tavern, my throat is dry and I need a drink."
