The Government should have never intervened and have just left it to the people to do it themselves. Marriages are part of a tradition founded by the Bible (and other scriptures). It clearly states that homosexual marriage is not right and now that the government has forced people to tolerate homosexual people in Houses of God. This is violating the First Admendment and the phrase, "Religion vs. state". However, the way the United States' government tax policies, insurance, and other financing works is if you are married or not, it can have an impact on your financing in positive ways.. Being gay and unmarried means you wouldn't receive the benefits of "regular" married couples. Honestly, they should file with the IRS as couples other than ravaging culture and tradition that has been in place for the past two millenniums. I do not hate homosexuals, I just do not think they should of asked the state to interfere with the beliefs of people.

Unfortunately real player run a tags have not been sussessful (from what I've seen) and will need some staff affiliation to provide fun RP events. However, the method he describes in the OP simply won't do and will need some revising.

This sounds like how a faction pvp server set up their regions. It seems like you just changed the name from Nexus Regions to Player Managed Regions with no more features. Why do I say this is because these new features you added require staff interaction, henceforth making this unautomated. This system worked better with WorldGuard like in Aegis, Asulpn, and some of Anthos. The only thing that would be problematic is claiming a plot but everything else can be achieved by WorldGuard: adding/removing players, managing owners. It'd be simpler to tweak the permissions so owners can change entry messages too. I believe that it should just be removed, and that is it really.

That kind of map was Asulon friendo. The entire map was divided into evenly sized regions that can be conquested by any nation for any reason. You had to conquest 80% of a nations land mass to take the capital. That was when they had a War Team specifically for this kind of situation. They were meant to be unbiased but they ended up being that so they were removed and now we have had nothing but unstable war systems henceforth.

We can all agree that the no leaking rule is just common sense, but in this case, it is fair for him to try and help a player.

Clearly this is turning into a discussion between if the ban was right or wrong and I will adjust the title to be more appropriate. I agree with Lulu and Cosmic but I also believe that an exception should be made seeing as he was an admin helping a player.

Option 1. A new staff team should not be created when there is already a position upholding those duties: The Global Moderator. quite frankly I never saw Villian RP as an issue and now it is an issue because this new system limits what a player can do. This sort of the thing is called an OOC barrier that led to the dismantle of the original system. "Do you have a VA for that" is all you will here as you go through possible character development RP or you could be following orders, or by provocation. The blacklist was a fine system and it was failed by you, the staff team. On an unrelated note, the Undead's undoing led to these OOC barriers created by the Antag Managers, so what I'm trying to say is that this system will inhibit RP rather than enhancing it.

To be honest, the absolute distruction of Germany from 1918 to the 1930's after The Great War led to a World War II that killed 60 million people. I mean how much more dynamic can you get? you can muster 10k in a week anyways from everyone voting too. You already lost everything in the North too, it's time to just give up to their demands. The Dwarves and the rest of the races did nothing but continue hostile relations with Oren when it was at its weakest point in time. Anthos is evidence of continued antagonization of the Human race where the Dwarves ended up subjugating the Empire of Oren. Whether or not it was willingly or not, the lords had no options. The Dwarves, Elves, and Orcs are facing the consequences by subjugation and they had the opportunities to conditional surrender.

I volunteer, I originally made a feedback thread on this very issue and I have ideas of my own that I thought would be useful to new players!

You guys waste an entire meeting focused on one subject and in stead ignore the dozens of "Noted" feedback threads piling up in the archive? Most of these topics don't even need much of a discussion, just a yes or no. At this point, nothing productive is ever going to be acomplished. And why is the GM team making these decisions and not the Administration?
