I know, I wrote it. There are ways he can go around it by saying his clan branched off of another. Let me make this very clear so everyone can take note. The law doesn't ban new clans from forming. Rather, it makes it so that the clan has to get its roots from another clan so that more "sons of urguan" don't keep popping up. So PLEASE, stop bashing the new clans that are being made. Encourage them, give them pointers. We are a community remember this. Btw, in the text at the end it says for "future clans." It says it right there that there will be more clans in the future.

No offence, but he can. What right have you to decide what RP other people should make? It is his choice to create this clan, and as a community we should be encouraging growth in people's RP rather than focusing on the technicalities.

I don't see why not. More developed cultures equals a more diverse world. That is.. if you already have a playerbase ready to rp as apart of you group. I would hate to have other people leaving their current rp to join a group like this, taking away from others.

Bazian grasps his cane with his left hand, not leaning on it as much for support anymore, but just as a sign of status. With his right hand, he places on Valen's shoulder after he is announced. He speaks to him in a low, serious tone but still continues to look out unto the group of dwarves amassed in front of the council. "It 'as been tew lon' brot'er, my silence in th' kingdom 'as drawn on fer ages as it seems. Dis scourge ov th' Urkus 'as allowed to disgrace our kin fer tew lon'. Bangadh's nugksta merriu, Oaths never die." Slowly, the old dwarf begins to walk forward, removing his hand from his brother's shoulder. He grips his cane loosely, almost toying with it as he walks. When he is a decent enough distant away from the council, he plants his cane firmly and begins to speak. "Me kin! Never befer 'as our kingdom been moar moighty 'nd stron' since th' early days ov Kal'Karik 'nd we remain gainin' in strength! Whoile udder kingdom's struggle tew keep frum civil unrest, us dwarves work tuggether tew rid ourselves frum th' scourge ov th' urkus! The aged Grandaxe, Bazian, sits drinking an ale just outside the closed doors of the council chambers as he usually does in his life of leisure. As of late, this old dwarf sits back and enjoys a life of ale and company; a farcry of the life he lived as a beardling. He is seated farther back, as to not get in the way of the younger lads. The doors swing open and his brother Valen steps out to give his speech. As he does so, the elder dwarf seems more and more distressed, as if there has been something dwelling on his mind for quite some time. He listens to his brother's speech with great intensity, raising his mug occasionally and giving an agreeing "Aye!" every so often. As Valen says the oath to Dungrimm, Bazian does so almost instinctively. "Thair Dungrimm, m'h dufer t'da ah bangadh 'f anart, zahrer ok annym melchi merriu t'krog trullit geddyn kazak!" After he renews the oath, Bazian begins to have a revelation. He gets up quickly, knocking over his ale, and quick-steps down to his room, leaving his cane behind. He emerges from his room and joins his kin in the hall, fully armoured and lofting a hefty axe. "Me brot'ers!" He says with great pride. "Fer too lon' 'ave ah jus' sat idle in t'is kingdom. Many fins' 'appen in such toimes, loike th' bluddeh urkuses causin' 'avok. It is toimes loike dese t'at ah ahm remoinded dat bangadh's ov onoir are fins' dat are best not fergotten." Bazian plants the old axe of his clan to the stone floor given a loud thump. He then says another phrase in the old dwarven language meaning, "The day of inactivity is dead, the third orc war never sleeps." "Hagnol 'f ne-dactiv ‘s merriu'd, prir urkus karak hef nugksta tamh!" ['d = past tense]

Dwarves only live to about 800 years. Because of their way of life; drinking, fighting and debauchery, dwarves have a much shorter lifespan than their elven cousins.
