  3. House Montfort “Deus nobiscum. Quis Contra?”, “God is with us. Who is against us?” History House de Montfort was founded in 1482 by the brothers Jacques and Paul de Montfort. The younger brother Paul was titled Baron of Eastcliff; of which the capital was named after house Montfort. Eventually Paul and Jacques would come to hold the titles of “Baron of Eastcliff” and “Duke of Adria”. In both instances being vassals under the Holy Orenian Empire in the continent of Athera. The family eventually fell from grace due to Paul’s death and Jacques deteriorating health. The house of Vladovich managed to politically outmaneuver the Montforts and secure control over the Duchy of Adria. Jacques died an unlanded noble and presumably without an heir. Centuries later, the head of a family of lowly merchants discovered a set of ancient documents and letters written by Jacques de Montfort. The letters confirmed that Antonio; the discoverer of these documents; was indeed Jacques direct descendant and heir. Antonio used these documents to prove he was of noble heritage to secure a handsome bank loan, allowing him and his kin to make a second attempt at making their fortune under the name of house Montfort (now known as “di Monteforte”). The family is currently settled in the Republic of Vrakai and host their activities in the town of Belvitz. Notable Members House Montfort of Eastcliff Jacques de Montfort 1438 - 1492 Jacques de Montfort’s exact origins are, due to the lack of documentation of his life, unknown. What is known about him comes from personal letters and documents, from which can be derived that he was the administrator of the town of Montfort on the continent of Athera. This town he founded along with his alleged brother: Paul de Montfort. Jacques was an able administrator and created the structure of the town of Montfort, organizing the construction of it’s mountain citadel and the creation of the Montfort Civic Guard. Paul de Montfort 1453 - 1489 Similar to his brother, Paul de Montfort’s origins are unclear. It is only known that he came to reunite with his brother in the late 1470’s, and soon founded the Barony of Eastcliff along with Jacques. He served as Baron of Eastcliff and Duke of Adria until his death. Which was reportedly caused due to health complications. Some speculate that Paul was not a Montfort and was in fact Pavel Carrion living under an alias. House Montfort of Vrakai Antonio di Monteforte [Comanderbly] Antonio di Monteforte was born simply as Antonio, for he and his kin were unaware of their noble bloodline. In his younger years he was taught to read by a monk of a local convent. This allowed him to pursue greater knowledge and helped him in setting up a modest life as a lowly traveling merchant. Due to sheer accident, Antonio stumbled upon Jacques de Montfort’s personal letters and administrative documents. Noticing the odd similarities between the history of his family and that of house Montfort, he successfully deduced that he was in fact the direct descendant and heir of Jacques. Thus making him the current patriarch of house Montfort. 9. Rebel fast travel charter is so studpid. Rebelling factions act out as full-out autonomous nations, they should receive the privileges of such until the war ends. Paying 3000 minas/week is also a huge amount for a simple fast travel

@Eli_Cohen people only rebel if there is an issue, before there was no fast travel and people wouldn't rebel. So clearly you haven't put much thought into your words.

I believe simply fight over it, like chimps over a shiny penny; the Raev was served well with Aesterwaldshima

  10. Let's give support to Hunwald, one of the best members of our community. A true example of change and positive attitude on the server

  11. "Root and stem.." says Sancho, looking forward to avenge his fallen companions
  12. I'd love to see more nature related events. From storms to fires. It really adds a lot to the server. I'd also like to see consequences of one's builds and actions. For example collapsing houses that don't have supports, or burning down a mill if one placed a torch inside (flour is highly flamable). Those kinds of events add to the mentality "think before you act" which is lacking in the server. All actions have consequences.
  13. I believe people should not keep their minas, their items or their stats. What brings the fun to a new map is the fresh start that everyone gets. You can grind your way back up if you are truly good. Or perhaps only a percentage of your XP would go to the next map, this way you'd prevent have aengulic blacksmiths on day one. I'd say perhaps 20% of your XP on the different levels would be maintained (so you'd go down to the level correspondant of said XP)
  14. I'm still banned in game, probably misspelt my name

  15. The activity check should be monthly, one can go on vacation or be busy with school for a couple of weeks and then the people who actually live there, lose the region? Once the region is claimed, let's say 50% of the region must be active during the activity check. If it's a one person plot then that person needs to be active.
