      Not only does it tarnish aspects of vanilla minecraft, but it lessens the need for specialized craftsmen here.

      Unbreakable tags can be added, like in the current version.. but it does degrade...

      Reason is because of armor attributes. Blame Jeb. Hopefully it returns in the future or somehow ends up in 1.9 anyhow.
