So I think it is possible for Steven NPC's to exist on an MC map without client side mobs, you just need to edit spawner data. Could we possibly do this :D?

With exception to the orcs, whenever a race is signaled out to be the target of in character racism and discrimination a hefty percentage of the players who play the targeted race become quite indignant of the racists, both in character (reasonable) but also out of character.
