  1. Titania smiles as her eyes drift further down the poster, nodding to herself as she reaches the end of the scroll. Her eyes dart up to the sky, clouded with the emerald shades of Luminaire's canopy, stating simply "Shine on."
  2. Happy Berfday Gaius~

  3. The usual silence of the forest outside of the gates of Lin'evaral as elves began to gather before the foot of the silver city. Many emerge from the gleaming towers to convene at the request of the Sohaer. Armored Malinor guards arrived to the side of the High Princess. Soon, they all began their trek to the southwest forests of Darkhaven, with one objective on all their minds. Investigate the possible Fallen base within the Darkhaven settlement. Stepping into the shade of the pines' canopy, many were uneasy as the shrieks of beasts and eyes in the shadows followed the group as the twisted and turned throughout the winding paths of the dark forest... The Sohaer and the High Princess gathered their followers at the foot of the Oussana manor built by Khel. Groups were spread apart, scouring every cobwebbed crevice and shaded hallway of the seemingly abandoned town. Some followed the lead of a druid that claimed to know of the secret fallen base. Others traveled the many stone halls of the dark elf settlement. Elves buzzed about the settlement, the comotion even drawing the attention of those lingering about the surrounding forests. After the many hours of searching, once again the Sohaer and the HIgh Princess gathered within the halls of the manor, the groups recollected and shared what they had or had not found. No definite evidence was found, but the High Princess was left with a decision. Both Sohaer Kalenz and High Princess Titania agreed that the settlement was fruitless, spreading an already thin population even thinner, and quite possibly holding the base of a widely wanted group. The elves dispersed, the Mali'aheral and Sohaer returning to their silver city, and the High Princess and her guards returning to the emerald city. She was faced with a difficult decision, and she returned to her home to think as she scribbled on many documents as usual...
  4. Wanted: Vallel Yuln and Associates Vallel Yuln is a known fire mage with fair skin and brown hair. She is clearly impure mali'aheral and has dyed her own hair as a futile form of disguise. She is wanted for all manner of crimes across the nations of Anthos, particularly muder. Known to associate with Azorta, Druid Kefi, Druid Elphaba among others. These known associates are also to be captured should they be found in either the land of Malinor, or the lands of Haelun'or. ~ Sohaer Kalenz Uradir ~ High Princess Titania
  5. Titania reads over the poster as she makes her way through the city, smiling as she reaches the end of the flier, nodding in approval. "Excellent, a ball would be lovely... I shall spread the word."
  6. Back from my very hectic trip. Thanks to all who sent prayers, along with kind and supporting words the few times I was able to find internet.

  8. Titania walked silently down the road to the square of the Leumaelin, eyes fixated on the ground as she silently thought to herself of recent happenings. All the conversations she had recently had seemed to echo about relentlessly like a broken record, something was said that had a hidden importance that she could not uncover in her clouded mind. She found herself subconsciously walking into the Highguard recruitment building before she caught the faint sound of a 'Good Evening.' Turning to face the source of the sound, she was greeted with the friendly face of who she would come to know as Kepi, Sequoia Dryad. Though she was still stuck in a fog, she managed a 'Ker'ayla' in return, and she finally began to notice the friendly faces about the town center, more than have been in quite a few weeks. Eventually, Kepi posed a question as Titania's eyes darted about the square. "Do you know any stories?" Finally Titania reset her gaze on Kepi, furrowing her brow lightly as she thought on the question for a moment. A few words, the memory of a story began to resurface, in a way that nearly cleared the fog that lingered about her. This same tale worked it's way out of the deep corners of her mind many years ago in a very similar occasion, the thought made her lips curl into a faint smile, before parting and speaking in a quiet tone. "I know of one... it is very old, passed down from my family... It is rather short, but it is a teaching of sorts... forgive me if I miss a few bits, my memory fades as time passes... Shall we have a seat at the well?" She was met with a few gentle nods in response, and the two wandered to the well, sitting themselves on the edge of the dark wood rim. Another, unfamiliar face would have joined them, a bright elf by the name of Alraezal. He too, would sit eagerly awaiting the small speech. A gentle silence would fall over the court as the three sat at the edge of the glimmering water, only broken by a dwarf sat at the entrance, dragging a whetstone over the blade of his battle axe. After clearing her throat, Titania spoke. "As I was told... there is a fight going on inside of me, and every one of us. A terrible fight, between two wolves. One is evil- he is guilt, envy, resentment, false pride, greed, arrogance, self pity, anger, sorrow, lies, inferiority, superiority, and ego." She paused only for a brief moment, before continuing. "The other is good- he is love, serenity, joy, hope, peace, empathy, kindness, benevolence, humility, generosity, compassion, truth, and faith." Flashing a quick smile, she finished the small tale. "And so the fight rages on between the two... however. There can be a winner, but that is only determined by the one you feed." The two next to her smile, and a light conversation ensues, exchanging names, and answering a few small questions before Titania stands, glances at herself in the reflection of the pool for a moment before speaking her farewells to those about her and turning for the deep forest again, and slowly walking into the distance with a small smile, feeling refreshed. ((Just thought I would share this small scene that happened today :) ))
  9. Titania wanders to the council chambers, the lingering effects of a seemingly mild illness hanging about her like a cloud. Upon reaching the bridge to the chambers, she spots the note. Narrowing her eyes, she steps forward to gaze upon the small message, taking the note off the pin and taking a closer look. She emits an almost inaudible growl at the familiar phrase 'Hieal'mali'. She turns the message over to check for any more text, before lifting her gaze to the canopy and emitting a troubled, almost annoyed sigh as a small gust of wind blows through the forest. "Yet again I have come to this position where it appears I am required repay a debt which is not mine to repay..." Titania mumbles to herself, her words curl away with the wind. She lowers her gaze back to the note, shaking her head. "I have many to speak to, it seems..." With that, she repins the note for anybody else to see, and descends the stairs almost silently as her mind begins to whirl about in thought.

  11. ((I can't make it too close to 7PM because the Sentinels are marching, so I'm going to go ahead and split these two times even and do 8:30 EST, is this alright?))
  12. ((No problem, I could push it back to 9 PM EST? Do you all think that would be better?)) Titania watches Thudrin storms off, shaking her head and chuckling to herself softly. She approaches the scroll, and promptly crosses out the word Mali, speaking to herself softly. "Should have seen this beforehand..."
  13. *Scrolls are pinned about the notice boards of Malinor and the Druid Grove, written in Silvery ink* ~*The Moonlight Ball*~ All Mali are invited to attend the Moonlight ball to be held on the docks of Malinor in just a few short seeds. To celebrate the new found peace and prosperity, a night for dancing, singing, and feasting shall be held. Don your best attire and dance the night away! Food and fine wine will be available for the event, and music provided by the many musicians of Malinor. Any who have an instrument may join in the joyous orchestra that will provide the tunes for the evening. Formal attire is recommended, but not required. The location of the docks can be found a short walk outside of the west gate. ((The event will be held today at 8:30 PM EST)) Event coordination courtesy of Iatrilemar Elervathar Velulaei y nae ilumeh May the moon shine upon you
  14. Titania sits at the table in her home, looking through old books and scrolls. Her ears twitch as the music echoes through the north gate and right by her home. She lays down a book, and glances out the window. Standing to approach the window in curiosity, she smiles to herself upon seeing the violinist under the tree. She returns to her seat, humming the tune lightly to herself as she continues reading.
  15. Titania looks over the once charred, burned fields with a soft, almost melancholy smile. Visions of a certain forest dwarf healing the blackened land with a luminescent green pulse floods her mind. The seeds were planted an elven week ago, and now the fields overgrow with health. All of the crops seemed to beam with health, and gazing over the hues of green and running her hands through the golden strands of wheat brought a subtle happiness to Titania. At her home, she scribbled on a long, ornate scroll. While the fields were harvested for the feast portion of the event, decorations were placed about the farm plaza, musicians tuned their instruments and practiced merry songs. A stock of wine and ale was prepared to be hauled to the farms, all that was left was the announcement. Titania's quill reached the end of the scroll, she lifted her gaze to the heading of the scroll. She smiled, sweeping her quill in large, carefully placed cursive at the heading. Satisfied, she emerged from her home, and placed the scroll on the notice boards in Luemaelin and the Druid Grove. The Pheonix Festival To celebrate the health of our farms, that emerged from the ashes with a plentiful crop, we invite all to join a celebration of life and grand harvest. Come and feast on the fruit of our harvest. Musicians, we invite you to provide the event with music for joyous singing and dancing. All are invited, and we encourage you to participate in the grand festival. Where it is being held: Outside the east gate, in the farms. When is it being held: In five seeds ((Today, 8pm until 10pm EST )) All are invited to attend and celebrate, all decorations and coordination of the event courtesy of Event Coordinator Iatrilemar Elervanthar. Like a pheonix rising from the ashes, may we celebrate flourishing life and rejuvination.
  16. ((That's alright, we can just roll with it))
  17. Titania begins reading over the letter, her expression becoming very solemn with each line of the letter passing. She shakes her head at some parts, but nearing the end of the letter, she reads to quote to herself, but loud enough for all in the council chambers to hear. "Piss off." She lowers the note and glances between the members that are present. "Is this how our Sentinels /really/ talk to citizens?" She huffs, picking up the note again and reading the rest. Scoffing, she lays the letter back onto the table and crosses her arms. "I'm becoming annoyed with the behavior of the Sentinels. Had I not been in a hurry and had actually seen this..." She rocks her jaw around in irritation, taking a deep breath. She looks to the other council members, uncrosses her arms and folds her hands on the table. "I'd like to hear your input, lliran. I personally feel that some sort of reprimanding is in order..." She looks down to a new letter that is placed on the table, and narrows her eyes at the directions that are presented. "What, Benedict expects us to deliver whatever he has to say on his behalf? Can he not speak to the face of who he has wronged?" Titania leans back, emitting a long drawn out sigh as she waits for any input from the other members in the chambers.
  18. Titania inches her way through the crowd that has gathered, finally making her way to the notice board. Looking up to the notes and posters that all seem to scream hate and disdain for whatever they may point at, she sighs to herself. Staring blankly at the many angry letters, she speaks softly to herself... "This will be so overlooked..." She looks to the letter she has to post, and stares at it blankly for a while. She smirks to herself as she bares down onto the notice board, and writes over the previous writing in bright red ink, making sure the large cursive writing is eye catching as possible. She lays her hand on the board, and reaches into her pack for her old hunting knife, smiling at it for a moment before plunging the tip of the knife into the notice board, pinning the note in the middle of the clutter and over some of the notes with a loud thump that turns the heads of some elves nearby. She looks to the note, smiles to herself, and briskly walks away. Upon inspection, the note would read... "Attention Citizens of Malinor. It is my upmost pleasure to announce a new member of the high council. Lord Urasept Mordir is now Prince Urasept Mordir."
  19. At first they were, to get them circulating. But now there a multiple options on how to obtain this currency Choice 1: Work directly from the hall of labor so you can help collect materials the nation trades and uses. Choice 2: Take up an RP job that pays in maligns and provides with RP not only for yourself but others. Choice 3: Go to Oceas' shop and exchange your minas for Malins, I might start to do the same. Choice 4: Trade with a citizen in game for their malins, be it through monetary exchange or through goods or services. Choice 5: Sell your unwanted materials to the hall of labor shop for malins, and vice versa Choice 6: Set up shop and sell things for malins There are really a lot of options now, perhaps somebody else can add any I missed
  20. Reads the long note, chuckling as she reaches a certain point She scribbles a side note at this part, in bold red ink "You imply that the mina is not subject to the same problem, llir. Sure, malins can be counterfeit, but it is alot more difficult than going out and slaying a few monsters to collect enough for whatever you wish. I'll have you know that my husband and I went out on a hunting trip and collected over one hundred and fifty minas collectively by simply slaying monsters. As far as I am concerned, that is no different than counterfeiting money. If you must know, the purpose of the Malin system is to try and give the more hard working individuals what they deserve, rather than taken money that could have been earned without any work. I would rethink what you are tying to prove, llir. I see little to no strong points in your arguments."
  21. Titania pins up a reply to the not on the board, in red glistening ink. I will place signs about the chicken coup in hopes of correcting this problem. All quota is recorded everyday, because most workers have a full chest by the end of the elven day and require more room to place their materials. Workers are now payed according to how much they bring in, and are payed at the end of the Elven week when quotas are due. ((normally Sunday, but some were payed today to get the system going)) Lastly, I am fairly certain I informed Elorna to show you to your new home, however I can show you when we next meet. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience, and I will be sure to correct it immediately. ~Titania
  22. Titania sees the note as she strolls into the Hall of Labor. She stares at the note for a long while, before taking her own piece of parchment, and writing a reply. "After thinking on the matter, I comply with your request. I will remove apples from the official quota, but you still may choose to turn them in if you wish."
  23. *A note is pinned to the notice board in the Hall of Labor* In addition to the free rations provided to everyone in the front room of the Hall of Labor, workers that bring in materials will be receiving quantities of food based on how much they bring in. The rations will be deposited in your chest where you store your quota. The free rations will stay in place, but will be of lower quality and and of lower abundance. In addition, be aware that soon in the next elven week, I will officially be tracking strict quotas. You need not to worry about filling an exact quota for the time being, I merely expect all of you to work hard, and bring in as much as you have. The nation greatly needs it. As for those of you who have questions about payment, currently the individual option (Payment in minas) is currently unavailable. Until we can provide that option, the community option is what will be in place. The stewards are hard at work preparing the houses for habitation, but those of you that work can expect to be assigned a house soon. *the note is signed in red, shining ink in the bottom corner* Foreman Titania
  24. Elves are 'peaceful and loving' because it when you get to live 500+ years, you would probably become very wise and much more reserved. Being an overly violent and zealous elf puts their life at stake, and elven lives are /very/ difficult to replace, so why would they risk that? Yes, culture changes and time flows, but not with a race that is nearly untouched by time. Humans constantly have generations replacing them, along with new culture ideas and those in power to influence it how they wish. Elves, with their longevity, have the ability to pass down their ancient culture and keep it pretty much intact for much longer amounts of time.
  25. Do you mean to say that this person repetitively kills you? Like this player is all the time trying to kill you?
