This seems like a VERY good idea. I just want to see how long it lasts and what bugs it has before it enters LOTC, since all shop plugins seem to last a day. Also, the price of creating a shop should be raised BECAUSE poor people would never be able to hire a shopkeeper. So before people can hire a shopkeep, they have to sell their wares THEMSELVES until they have enough money, understand? And we also don't want people joining the server and immediately having stores...

I'm pretty sure I have to sign this since Matilda semi lives there...

When I started out playing on LOTC I found it VERY hard to find a home in big cities in the beginning. We should make more slums and allow them to be EXTREMELY cheap. Due to me not finding a home in the slums, I was forced to join a small town. So having cheap slums in large cities will stop people from going and making small settlements...However, Ascella was quite a success till the monks forced us out...

It seems as if a lot of time and effort was put into it. And after reading the lore, it sounds interesting and it would be great if it was implemented, My one complaint is that the bird might be a bit too big. I hope this is implemented.

I'm no halfling but... ...I'd like to see some larger "Oak" trees that would have to be player-made and would be considered older. Also, the Shire and surrounding hobbit areas didn't only have burrows. They also had some above ground buildings. I would like to see that implemented. Ofcourse, those might have already been implemented in the Vale already. I haven't been to the Vale in quite some time.
