"I would simply suggest that if one of the higher-ranked guards in, let us say, the Restrained ordered someone of a lower rank in the sillumir, they must do as ordered...unless, of course, there is a commander of the guard that is of the same race as the one being ordered..." Oropher frowns, lightly. "In other words, if a commander of the Restrained ordered a newly recruited sillumir, the sillumir must obey, unless a sillumir of equal or higher ranking than the one issuing the order is with the ordered one, with the same being happened if the roles were reversed." The cloaked Mali'ker nods, as he finishes his explanation.

The Bat Druid looks up, looking to Dak'ir for a moment before nodding. "He is correct...we do not have any livestock, although our stocks are well enough...an important thing to note is that all of our housing is currently underground." Oropher nods, letting his hands flop to his sides. He falls silent shortly afterwards, awaiting someone to speak.

He reaches out a green gloved hand to grasp a seat, pulling it out and going to sit down, nodding slightly, to nobody. "Karin'ayla..." The Mali'ker mutters, looking up to the other participants of the meeting, with his left blue eye and right golden eye, both staring out emotionlessly. He sets his hands upon the table, waiting for someone to speak.

A Mali'ker of no real importance glances at the letter, frowning. He takes a quill from his coat, sighing raggedly as he clenches a gloved hand in frustration, going to write a swift reply, in his best handwriting. "ѕнυт υρ. ѕιη¢єяєℓу, тнє вαт ∂яυι∂." The cloaked Mali'ker, presumably the Bat Druid, flicks his white hair out of his face, his one blue and one gold eye glancing about the residency, before humming a somewhat gloomy tune, going to plod away as he slides the quill into his brown cloak, checking his dark green gloves for any ink stains, in which he finds none. He sets his hands behind his back, walking methodically towards Ker'lomi.

Currently, the Elves are reforming into one, the Mali'ker, Mali'ame, and Mali'aheral have all joined an alliance and all live in relatively the same area. The Elven race is not as shattered and torn up as it was in Malinor, New Malinor, the Conclave and the Zion(?), it's getting better, but they've still got a ways to go. The Elves don't really need staff help, they're reforming on their own.
