Watyll focuses, meditating. In his mind he sees the realm of the ban game. It's strife and chaos. Where was the king? No. This must not be so. Watyll stands up, focusing his Thu'um before shouting, that all the realm might hear him. "People of the ban game! Your high king Fabian is missing! I, the creator of this land, have taken notice of your plight! And so, it is time once again, to choose a new HIGH KING!" Watyll pauses "I want to see creative detailed bans. Now is your chance to prove yourself! At 9 EST tommorrow, I will descend to choose your new ruler, and award him with the mighty ban hammer of the High King! So be it! And your all banned for losing another high king!" Watyll sits back on his chair of marshmallows and sips on his nectar, watching the inhabitants intently. ((Basically whoever has the most creative bans in the next 24 hours gets to be high king. Have fun!))

For militartic arts One assumes you mean military, or fighting. One's fighting skills are lacking, but One knows excellent military strategy techniques. Extent to which you were educated on the subject(s): One was trained very little in mathematics and has picked that up on his own. One was trained in cultures extensively by his Father.
