Blah hasn't been mandatory since like 2016 and most orcs don't speak blah unless they're explicitly trying to confuse other descendants/doing culture stuff. Almaris for orcs was 60+ as well and ik there have been a few rexdom' after larger numbers.
I think most old heads are annoyed /w shamanism bc of the rate at which things are changed at, (often times piece-meal or incomplete) compared to other magics that have been overhauled. It's mostly been an issue with lore games and the writers(myself included).
Sweeping change to rewrite the world lore/magic parts of shamanism would require multiple admin approvals, when me just implementing a non-combative elementalism nearly took a year for them.

@wolfdwgThe Orc's have been revived several time's since The Iron Uzg, I've played through multiple occurrences. I had them boys jumping before the war of 2 emperors.
It just happens to be that the Orc's go through sweeping cultural changes with every regime change and have a less appreciated history because of that. Human's are more rewarding to play and create narratives on for this reason alone. Shamanism is ruined because of redlines, it is beyond fixing at the moment. The Orcs do not need shamanism to revive, they do need consistent quality leadership and some TLC though.
