This sounds very useless. War rules are pretty clear, and most GM's are able to handle ooc disputes.

Can you explain how to use some of these features?

This would be a horrible form of government, that will eventually end in failure once revolt gets organized over time. Plus, the point of a government isn't only to make money, governments don't equal business. A successful goverment keeps its citizens happy, obviously a silenced population isn't a happy one.

Some orcs go off the beaten path and it seems that they get it the best temporarily, but notice they still get bored from lacking RP. Orcs are a very restricted race, their culture can save them temporarily with some great lore, but that is about it. Also, maybe if orcs worked together to make RP a bit more serious, rather than it always being slightly trolly, you guys will do better.

We had a very similar thing back in Anthos, called Gobbo Paradize. My old gobbo char used to be the hordemaster, and I will glady help to make it an active community once more. We used to even have a sub-section in orc RP, but due to inactivity it was removed.

I don't like them very much. Each race has there own immersion or emotion of sorts, and forest dwarves just seem un-atmospheric to me. When I picture dwarves, I don't imagine them in trees. My dumb opinion shouldn't stop anyone from playing that race though, thats just why I don't have any interest in RP'ing the sub-race.

You must first go to Oren, and bind you SS to there pillar. The command is posted right next to their pillar, so you just approach the pillar, and type the proper command. You must buy a home through RP, considering you are new you may not be able to afford a home right away, especially in Oren. Ask around, find a job in the city, and things should work out well from there.

My cowardice reduces my philosophy to a desolate illusion. I love you, but this anxiety is sure a pain. The availability of living is easily reachable physically, yet the inner turmoil, it prevents and eats up my life. When will I figure it out, my mind is a paradise yet a cage, freedom is not far but also unreachable. This life of dismay cannot be considered true. More to gain than to lose, but yet I seem to constantly fail. Fear to angst, turning my hear blacker then crisp coal, mined from deapths un-traversed. This next piece was written RP'ly by my elven character, but I thought of it decent enough to share here. Please don't derail this into another countless pvp vs rp debate. I don't think anyone is blaming Oren for the entirety of this issue. However, you half to admit the humans are probably one of the worst races when it comes to these things, and they are definitely the most known for it. -note most of the people in these images were human- I feel as if more subtle trolling goes on within other races, compared to Oren who aren't hiding anything.

With events things like this will always come up(doesn't make it right). However, from my perspective of someone who has played multiple races, humans are definitely the most trolly and they are winning that race by a mile. Although, I did do a bit of human RP in the last couple days, (not at the event) and it seemed to improve from just last month.
