Gotta love when you go to get your passport, they turn around and tell you your birth certificate is no longer valid. Am I dead? Was I even born? What?
I had a similar incident. At least I assume such. There's like two different birth certificates with one being the extensive one and one being a short one. Nothing a visit to your local city hall won't fix. Passports are a ***** to get sometimes. Hope it works out fast for you.
