Cant expect people to approach you privetly when youre openly smug like telling people to cope and seethe when they have a problem.

Also a open discussion is way better than a private dm. In a dm you only have a limited angle on the topic. While the open discussion allows views that werent visiable before and are also transparent with the playerbase.

Hiding and locking threads is also not a solution. Punishing people who start memeing and derailing a serious discussion on the other hand is a good start.
