A, Y, C, W, E, U, G, ?. what comes next in the sequence?

cyber is correct. the letters have numbers corresponding to their sequence in the alphabet. A = 1 and Y = 25, etc. A + Y = 26, W + E = 26, E + U = 26. All coincidently adding up to the same number in pairs, the total amount of letters in the alphabet. G = 7 therefore the answer had to the the 19th letter in the alphabet, which is S.
