Yes, but the smaller settlements/nations are screwed, e.g. the snelves, because there is NO WAY we can get enough gold to do anything, seeing as it is already insanely rare in the mines. In a war, skirmish, or siege we would be only defending, and right now all we can do is make chainmail armour and take it, without gold. Large nations such as Oren and the Dwarves who have plenty of miners can simply ROFLstomp the entire server by repeated warclaims on everyone.

If I understand correctly, Narthok IS the new leader of Fenn. Not that I don't like Buff as a friend (he's my best friend IRL), but I think this will improve our standing among other nations. I /am/ slightly annoyed that he voided my position as Lord Engineer, but I will do what is best for Fenn. Also, Narthok has COMPLETELY redone the rankings, making us a three-player Council instead of everyone being an unrespected Lord. He has renamed everything to be more Elvish, and he has won the liking of everyone. I feel that under Narthok, snelves can rid themselves of the OOC and IC hatred engendered by Buff.

Cirdan Nenharma notes that we ended the war due to plague. That point is invalid. Also, we had no choice in the Sack of Lindale, because we were unable to decline the warclaim.

When the Mali'Fenn revealed themselves in Anthos, Cirdan set off for Kal'Ithrun. He spent a brief amount of time among the Dwarves before traveling north, eventually arriving to the snowy and desolate lands of what was once Hanseti.
