  1. "Five sapphires and an emerald for the shield," the other man raises his bid again.
  2. As is per usual, the figure stands not far from the podium. "Four sapphires for the shield," he'd exclaim.
  3. +1 to olog CAs. The people that play ologs and are serious about it will succeed in completing it, as CAs are still the second easiest application format on LotC. It will succesfully weed out the **** you're trying to purge. As for the size of the olog playerbase, so few people from it actually RP ologs correctly that it may fix the issue of the playerbase more if you make the CA, since, like stated above, there's a very high chance that knowledgeable olog rpers will succeed in making the application succesfully.
  4. "Eight sapphires and an emerald for the cloak," he'd finally yell out.
  5. Selling prot books. PM

  6. "Six sapphires and a ruby," John'd call again, unrelenting.
  7. Having a sly smile on his face, John would shake his head. "Five sapphires," he exclaims, not willing to let go.
  8. "Three sapphires, a ruby and an emerald," the man grimly retorts!
  9. "Three sapphires for the cloak," John quickly raises his voice upon hearing the wood elf.
  10. John strolls by, grumbling something about Roy, nonetheless checking in his wallet.
  11. Solution A is really stupid in my opinion. It's incredibly unfair to everyone except for the people living on Tahn. Solution B/D is the temp map idea which I really disagree with because temp maps will bring nothing to the table. If it'd be used for a story, sure, but LotC already has no ongoing story, so nah. Plus, IF it will be used for a story, it's a bit late now. Maybe you can reinstate a server wide story again in 6.0. Players also won't donate if they'll know that the realm which they'll be donating for will be a temp map. Solution C is what I was for because I believe that temp maps will not do anything. If you have to stall 6.0, do it. But the next map after Axios should be another main map.
  12. Breeding a special breed of hounds that can sniff out Evil. Thank the lord!

The spooks(tm) new they should've all got different deodorant

  13. "I guess investigation is no longer needed," John'd comment, a sad smile on his face. He'd clear his eyes, the tired expression that decorated his face for the past months now even more evident. "So, Ian was right," he'd utter, letting out a hearty laughter after a few moments.
  14. Taking the "character" out of "characters".
  15. @Farryn Why would you become a soldier of good if not to protect others from evil? I know I became a holy mage because that aspect appealed to me, being a soldier of good. But that concept is stupid too, since this isn't an MMO, meaning no side should be forced to lose because of some alignment antics. Everyone can be argued to be a hero, but I'm going off of what I wanted to say. Why else would you become a soldier of good if not to be a hero? And, just for the sake of repetition, I'm not saying one side should have an inherent edge over the other in the grand scale of things. (Even though holy magic was made just to counter spooks.) But it's been said that magics need a closer look, too. In the end, some holies may not care about fighting spooks and some spooks may not care about fighting holies, and that is perfectly fine, since as I said, people can RP whatever they want. But I am speaking of majority here.
  16. It doesn't. I disagreed with his opinion, though, that I did. Wouldn't have gone as far as to call it fascinating, though. You get impressed rather easily.
  17. Yeah you're right. Screw every RP that doesn't directly focus around what you do. How about you let people RP whatever they want?
  18. I'm sorry but, I cannot in no shape or form support this. I think it's stupid, see. If you base the magic on quantity over quality, then, as an example, 10 t1 holy mages could destroy the end boss. Let's say Orgon was as strong as that, as an orcish spirit. Of course, same **** could be said in vice versa.
  19. ARGH ARGH ARGH VENGEANCE ARGH ARGH ARGH

  20. Looking up from the paper he just finished reading, John gazed nowhere in particular, discussing a thought in his head. Standing up, he'd dust himself, afterwards leaving the room he was in, with one final gaze towards the paper on his desk. "A liar's note. Should it be taken seriously or seriously dismissed? A grain of truth in every pile of crap spouted, so's the saying. Yet a liar's mind can truly bypass the rules set in stone. What a stand off."
