Just going to put this here for future reference, if someone is harassing you on discord there is an option to block them. This is dandy because then the only way they can continue to be aggressive towards you is if they contact you in-game.

i dont think the defendant on a ban report, or the maker, should be permitted only one post..? what if new info is put up and they want to reply to it – editing the original post wont leave a notification that they have replied...

it doesnt matter what you ‘would’ do, you’re taking your personal opinion and biases into your work and shaping a player’s first thoughts on the server with them
if a staff member on this new server i just joined gave me a friendly tip that ‘these people arent very nice’ then id immediately think ‘man, despite me liking the sound of that morsgrad place, i really dont want to go there now!’
what you do is just plain wrong and you need to realise it
