A player is told by the legion that he/she is able to go shopping for food while RPly being in a cell. When he/she is in a shop buying food and whatnot, another player emotes grasping at his/her shoulders. He/she refuses to react to the emote because "My character is in a cell in the barracks."

Here's the rule regarding this:

You must remain In-Character at all times when in-game.

@Tahmas please make a reply post on your 'The Rules' thread clarifying that you can't OOCly be somewhere. Players, more often than not, think it's alright to OOCly be somewhere.

Also, I don't know how other people feel about your character gaining knowledge without emoting or saying anything... I consider everything that I see around me as my character learning them, including when I don't emote or say anything. I'm not a good roleplayer, so I never use the information in roleplay anyway...
