This needs more clarification. How large a farm is too large? Are only tents allowed or are dugouts and small huts ok too? Can nomad camps have walls?

OOC: Hello there! This is an event designed to simulate a single day of halfling life as best as possible. Everybody starts at the beginning of the hour, having just woken up. Their characters then go about their day as they would IRP, eventually falling back to sleep at the end of the hour, which ends the event. Sadly nomadic lifestyle does not work well with a tile system and minas fees, applications, etc. required to move your realm. Maybe a lair could work but again it’d take a lot of effort to move it around.
