looking for an experienced builder to help complete a personal project, will pay real $$$

details:
- budget of 80 usd
- need some assistance with terraforming, interior/exterior decor, general beautification, possibly minor layout adjustments - build is roughly 150x150 in size, but it's 70% finished and I'm mostly just looking for manpower to complete what's left. you won't be asked to build large-scale structures (unless you want to)
