Now, women are genetically less interested in things like STEM fields and engieneering, so thats one reason, but for the underrepresenting of black people.
Well, i think it was something like 70% percent of african-american children grow up without a father wich is well known to be very bad for the kid so that is a big reason that keep a lot of them in poverty.
Other reasons can be the comparably rampant crimes in these areas, or maybe the culture that grew from it, in some areas some of these "gangsta" people look down on black people with good education and proper jobs because "Theyre acting white" now this is rare but it is a thing, a sad bi-effect of the poverty and self-victimisation.

As an example, did you know in some fields african-americans have an easier time getting a job than white men because of quotas.
Under todays law there is no difference between races or sexualities except in a few asian countries and three or four amrican states where gay marriage isnt allowed.
Though, in most european countries women have an easier time in court, winning 90% of childrens custody cases and getting lesser punishments for the same crimes as men, just a fun little fact.
That and almost no centers where they help people who have suffered abuse by a partner doesnt allow men even though men are 45% bof the victims of violence within romantic relationships, they dont allow men in becasue they cant be victims.
The same way a woman can sue a man she raped if she gets pregnant, and a bunch of other dumb stuff.
Just some small things there, nothing important because its mens porblems so its naturally uninmportant, but still.

Perhaps those black people are not the most capable people since a large part of the african-american populationhas grown up in poverty so they haave not had access to the correct studies.
Simply because of some special group being a percentage of the poulation doesnt mean that those many of htem should be in ay specific field because them being that many doesnt mean that they are good at that, that isnt that logical, just becuase we have 45% men at my school doesnt mean we have 45% males in all of the different groups and courses, people have preferences, people have interest, people have free will and forcing people in and out of different fields for your twisted view of equality is not a good thing.
At the same time, men are naturally more inclined to get these positions, men and women have different preferences, its natural, i as an example wat to look into becoming an architect, in my class we are three men who want to do this, but no women, at the same time we have three women who want to become teachers and no men.
We have differences.
Also, may i ask why you are not campaigning for more women down in the sewers or on the building sites where thers almost only men, pr perhaps more men as teachers or nurses, or maybe more women in other shitty jobs, or perhaps more men in other female-dominated jobs.

Perfect equal representation is not needed, the most capable people is needed.
And society isnt patriarchal, men dont rule the world, men dont have all the control, men are physically superior (Generally, genetics) and (Once again, generally, once again becuase of evolution) take more iniative and are mosre competitive, thus they get more higher paying positions and leader positions, thouhg women can get these positions, thought they (Generally, again) have other priorities.
And not genetically inferior in every way, they are naturally calmer, more patient and better with chldren then males (Again, generally) because of evolutin and genetics.

No, affirmitive action is a strictly feminist things as it does not act in rqual opportunity, rather unequal opportunity and still unequal outcome, a rather socialist and communist thing actually.
