      As a Halfling - a majority of Halflings within the community know this KhaΒ and, to be honest, he has a horrible reputation; a majority of the experiences we have had with this individual has always been negative, and his attitude shows it. He was banned once before and then got banned again. He should know the rules. Especially for something like this.Β
