Repercussions Of Being Offline For A While?

Hello, I was wondering what the possible repercussions of being offline on the server for a while are.  I am capped on 3G at the moment and therefore can not come online (tried, everyone else just stands still, can not do anything).

Being inactive server wise doesnt really bear many repurcussions... if your a guild owner you may be ousted, or the guild may fall apart.

 

If you have RP friends, they may forget you.

 

And if your gone a long time, we may move to another country.

Well, nothing really. If you're the leader of a guild or nation you may have a temporary or permanent replacement if you're gone for a few weeks or more.

There shouldn't be any. LotC should not be something you need to worry about being offline for a bit. Just stay active on the forums if wish to and if you live in a town, let the town owners know why you have been offline. But like I said! don't worry.

As said by other posters in this thread you do not lose your characters (Unless you want to!), but the world may have moved on without you, something that cannot be avoided. If you know you're going to be away for a while it's probably best to liquidate all your belongings into minas then re-buy things when you return. Inactive player's belongings are the bane of a city-owners life, I assure you, so selling off things you won't be using is beneficial for roleplay.
